15/07/2025: No aperitif... Extremely friendly staff. Not very knowledgeable and confused about sparkling wines (Franciacorta). We asked for a classic brut, and were brought a rosé. We were asked if we wanted to replace it with the brut as ordered, but at that point we kept the rosé. Aperitif accompanied by two peanuts, some crisps, and some corn. Total cost €24.

15/07/2025: €15 for the worst mojito I've ever had...places like this definitely need to close. I recommend changing careers; the restaurant business is definitely not for you.

23/08/2025: Cover charge: 2.80 for a pizza Tasteless waiters

21/08/2025: The pizza is really good, but the prices are a bit high (an average beer costs 8 euros). Recommended.

09/09/2025: All good, but unreasonable high prices. 32 EUR for 2 beers and 2 aperol spritz. 2*(7+9) Otherwise, friendly and correct service.

25/07/2025: They've changed management. Bad, bad. Poor food, embarrassing offerings. They send you the old management's menu, and then you discover on the spot that they only serve four appetizers. Tigelle were anything but tigelle. Eggplant parmigiana burned on the bottom and obviously reheated in the microwave. Only one type of beer, and that's bottled, not even on tap. Truly disappointing.

21/07/2025: Terrible! Waited half an hour just to order, followed by another hour for a reheated pizza. High prices for cheap wine and reheated food.

27/08/2025: The Numa is my favourite club i tried others clubs also in Spain but Numa still the best

12/08/2025: Outdoor nightclub. Very nice evening, with dance music (mostly Latin American). Average age 20-22.

28/06/2025: 3 different indications regarding the hours of this place. None of these have ever been respected even on different days between weekdays and holidays.

12/05/2025: I stopped to get two arancini, as soon as I entered the shop window was half empty and barely a greeting from the owners (I deduce). I decide to take the last 2 arancini and a fried calzone. When I got home, even when I reheated the calzone, it was dry and at least 3 days old. Personally, I will never set foot in this place again.

28/08/2025: Waitress was unfriendly and grumpy. Almost 10 euros for a cappuccino and a small coke? Taking advantage of location next to Palazzo d’Accursio to rip tourists off.

23/08/2025: Solid spot for a quick apero and coffee. Service was very friendly and she was cleaning the shop and outside area all the time. Top.

22/07/2025: Mi sono fermata in questa area di servizio durante un viaggio da Formia a Rovigno e sono rimasta scioccata dalle condizioni igieniche. I bagni erano sporchi, maleodoranti al punto da provocare nausea — sembrava di entrare in una camera a gas. L’odore era insopportabile e l’intera area dava un senso di trascuratezza totale. Non ho nemmeno avuto il coraggio di mangiare lì. Questo posto è una vergogna per chi viaggia in autostrada. Mi auguro che Autogrill intervenga subito per risolvere questa situazione inaccettabile. Evitatelo a tutti i costi. Una stella solo perché non si può dare zero.

19/07/2025: Per essere un autogrill la cena era buona. Ovviamente costosa come ogni autogrill ma abbondante e gustosa. I bagni nella norma

08/07/2025: "Defective and poorly preserved cigar, AGAIN." It was supposed to be a moment of relaxation, a break after a long day of work. Instead I found myself with a cigar so cracked that in desperation I had to patch the cracks with paper glue already during the lighting phase, in perfect kintsugi style... Almost as if it were cleverly hidden, under the wide band I found a hole the size of a cigarette filter. Towards the middle - having now reached the hole - the wrapper gave way under the weight of the effort, causing the Caribbean to explode. This is already the second time that I have found a cigar with obvious defects in this tobacconist: holes, aesthetic defects, cracks marked already at the opening. Once can happen. Two starts to seem like too many. Aficionados are not just any customers: we do not buy "a smoke", but an experience, a ritual. And we pay for that. These defects are not acceptable, they are a lack of respect for the product, and for those who smoke it of course (I would have done better to roll 15 euros and smoke those directly tonight). I understand that an unlucky cigar can happen... but at this point, the problem could be in the selection, or much more likely in incorrect storage. In both cases the result is the same: you find yourself at home, tired, licking papers... I haven't licked so many since the golden days of university but I still spent less at the time, and I didn't feel so much taken for a ride. I recommend reviewing the scenic effect of the mega humidor that you can't physically enter and maybe get a smaller but functional one, I say this for my smoking colleagues who may continue to frequent this tobacconist, I won't be going back...

04/09/2025: Very rude service at Famiglia Chiari at Bologna Airport. The food was cold and inedible. Absolutely disappointing for a restaurant in an international airport.

07/08/2025: I took a look at the very high prices and decided to only have a soda and cappuccino. Was told by the waitress and I qoute "This is a restaurant and you have to buy something to eat also". I then answered her and said that I will not buy something to eat and walked away without ordering anything. Very bad experience.

08/06/2025: There are many better bars in the area: this one is not worth a second visit. Avoid unless you want to pay dearly for the bare minimum.

08/06/2025: Disappointing experience – watch out for the prices! I strongly advise against this place. It is unacceptable that, simply by sitting at the outside tables, the prices of coffee and croissants double. I understand that there is a supplement for table service, but I find it absurd to pay double for every single product. We are certainly not in Piazza San Marco in Venice. Furthermore, the staff did not warn us of this extra charge, which is unfair to customers. A little more transparency would be the minimum.

07/07/2025: DO NOT GO HERE. Prices are already very expensive and when I paid they charged me extra for table service because I sat outside. I ordered at the bar and brought my own drink out to the table. What table service??? This extra charge is normal for sit down meals in Italy but I only had a soft drink and ordered and carried it myself. The extra charge is not advertised anywhere and is not justifiable. I live in Italy and have travelled widely and the prices are unreasonable for here.
