04/04/2025: Very nice place, clean and well kept and the managers are always very attentive to the various requests of the customers... to respond to the review of Mrs. Nicola left a week ago, well in fact something has been lost because an old license of which one cannot be certain of being aware, like that of this place, DOES NOT require a bathroom for the customers as it is a specific municipal exemption. Good continuation

15/05/2025: I placed an order on Just Eat with some friends, with great curiosity, since it was my first time with you. Obviously, my name will not appear because we used the account of a friend of ours. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. I ordered a pizza with sausage and "baked potatoes" for 9 euros, but the quality of the product received was not up to the amount spent. I will not comment on the others, sorry, but they were definitely below expectations. I also want to point out an important thing: the image used on Google is definitely different from what was actually delivered... I understand that there may be variations, but I think it is essential to be transparent and consistent between what is shown and what is offered. I really hope that you take this report in a constructive way :)

03/05/2025: Locale a vocazione turistico in pieno centro. Posizione ottima, personale molto gentile in sala. Taglieri salumi e formaggi buono, primi sufficienti, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

17/03/2025: Della serie doversi alzare a metà pasto. Un locale che non sia in grado di gestire cani che gironzolano tra le gambe dei clienti è vergognoso. Mancanza di serietà e di igiene. Bologna non merita certi locali

01/05/2025: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di capitare in questo locale sicuramente i turisti non sono graditi nonostante le nostre richieste per poter ordinare un aperitivo ci veniva risposto maleducatamente senza elencare i loro cocktail in nessun tavolo c’erano tovaglioli di carta capisco tutto ma il personale è da formare assolutamente così non va assolutamente bene

24/03/2025: Siamo andati al bar per un drink e, oltre ad avere una vista spettacolare, sia il servizio che il trattamento del personale sono stati eccezionali. Assolutamente da raccomandare! Ogni volta che torneremo a Bologna ci torneremo, sono state persone meravigliose.

01/05/2025: La pasticceria aveva un aspetto di alcuni giorni, il sapore della crema lo ha confermato, Maleducazione raramente incontrata in una caffetteria. Personale scortese e arrogante. È il caffè di una stazione ma quando sono stato servito non c’era confusione solo scortesia.

21/05/2025: The male staff is incredibly rude and impolite. The low cost of take-out pizza (in the end the pizza is also good for the quality/price ratio) is no justification for arrogance and lack of kindness. I understand the rules that a business in the center, with a varied clientele, must submit to, but there are ways and ways. We were asked to move while we were looking at the menu posted outside (we were still choosing the pizza and drink), and in a very rude way we were asked to get in "single file" to pay.

20/05/2025: The food is great, but their order management and also dealing with customer is terrible. Pizza Salsica and Pizza Salame Picante are perfect.

20/05/2025: TERRIBLE experience. Rude, irritable, unpleasant and presumptuous staff. They need a course before improvising as waiters and bartenders! If it were up to me I would have this bar closed immediately, moreover dirty!!!

03/06/2025: Attracted by the nice location we stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately the experience was negative from every point of view. Half an hour of waiting just to order, and almost an hour of waiting between appetizers and first courses (there were 2 of us and we had ordered a piadina as an appetizer and then 2 simple pasta dishes...). We were sitting outside and the waiters always ignored us without asking for anything, but the worst is yet to come. If I hadn't come in to ask, the cooks would have left and we would have been left without eating, are you kidding?? After 5 minutes the waiter arrives with the pasta dishes, one cold and the other overcooked. We eat something without being able to finish them, annoyed we head to the cashier complaining again about what happened and the waiter present didn't even have the good sense to give us a discount or to offer us two coffees. Even worse, none of them seemed to realize what had happened, as if it were a normal thing. If you don't have a bit of passion for this job and you don't reserve a minimum amount of attention and respect for your customers, maybe it's better to change jobs...

16/05/2025: I have to say that reading some of the comments I had a bad impression, but going in person and living the experience was something else. The place is huge and the structure a bit confusing but from the beginning, when I asked for support from the employees, they explained to me all the dynamics and what I had to do with great kindness. Fantastic service, cheerful staff and willing to offer assistance, both at the cash registers and at the counters. The food is of very good quality, as a canteen that it is, and the portions are beastly. The quantity-quality-price ratio is very balanced and I also feel like I came out on top, taking into account the very difficult situation we find ourselves in with restaurants in Bologna (poor quality food and very expensive!). I would definitely go back and I would prefer it to the other canteens I have visited so far. Thanks again for the good service.

15/06/2025: Hospitality: zero Service: zero Quality: mediocre portions: if you look carefully at the plate they put something. Price: high. The thing that bothered me the most is the lack of professionalism of the service, in the end you pay for the view of the hills, but it's not worth it.

15/06/2025: Unfortunately I booked without reading the reviews but based on the photos. The location was actually very nice but the service seemed improvised, almost embarrassing at times, and the food was absolutely not adequate for the price requested. Definitely not recommended

12/06/2025: Now if every airport had a restaurant like this serving decent pasta and pizza in a proper oven. It would make people a lot less stressed about travel. Prices are also not bad. It can get a bit hectic but what do you expect at an airport? Service was efficient and I would definitely recommend grabbing a bite to eat here before you go through security.
