06/08/2024: I've been going there for a year now but lately they've become a bit rude. I just bought some products that are at least 2 days old judging by the pastry but they were made for the barista in half an hour. For me it was one of the best DISAPPOINTMENT

06/08/2024: I have been going to this cafe/pastry shop for 10 years and it has always been good. Unfortunately, the service has expired as well as the quality of the products. They had the nerve to charge me five euros for four raspberries. It is now more a place for tourists than a real Bolognese bar.

Inevitabile trovare studenti con crisi d'ansia o che sboccano in bagno dopo che hanno scoperto di non reggere l'alcol. A volte c'è il rutto libero altre devi sorbirti le partite a volume altissimo che non riesci neanche a parlare con chi hai seduto a fianco

14/04/2024: I went for an evening that seemed to be super interesting and included various activities including a buffet that was supposed to start at 7pm!!!!! a talk that was supposed to start at 8pm and a fashion show at 9.30pm. unfortunately none of this happened in the two and a half hours that my friends and I sat down when we also went to ask the bartender around 8pm if the buffet would start and we were dismissed with a "it will start soon", obviously not it was true. absurd disorganization.

11/08/2024: We didn't stay overnight. We had dinner in the pizzeria. The waitresses were very kind and quick. Good pizza.

02/08/2024: Overnight stay in this hotel for approximately 1 month (work trip) despite the shortcomings, which are: -air conditioners not working (detached on purpose by the owners to save money) -refrigerators not working (response received: because the water is not paid for, depriving us of refrigerating drinks and in this case medicines for one of the collaborators, with weather conditions outside of 38º) -water served at the tables not bottled but filled into glass bottles via distiller. We resisted for a month so as not to create company problems, when one beautiful day (assuming that following a diet I never considered the first one even though it was still charged to my owner) I noticed that the portion on my plate of chicken breast and salad it's much smaller than usual, I politely ask the waitress with glasses if I could take advantage of another second to stave off my sense of hunger (it's okay to ask). After the waitress enters and leaves the room 4 times with a panicked expression, she makes excuses without giving me an answer, until the last time she tells me "we'll do it for you but tomorrow the owner has to talk to you" (the same one who was present at the time of service) The next day during breakfast while I was sitting and talking to the other owner she tells me that she has nothing to do with the restaurant area, whereupon this blessed owner introduces himself and connects to what the lady was telling me , screaming in my face, saying he was mad and that he would get it Measures by calling my office, railing at me (for a slice of chicken) in a very rude manner, inviting him several times to moderate his tone and terms but nothing, I ask him if he had gotten up crooked that morning and he mentions his problems of health not inherent to the meaning of his controversy. What can I say after 1 month we fled like hell by mutual agreement with my collaborators, I don't give a shit and I take into account the friendliness and professionalism of a couple of waitresses who carried out their work in the best possible way. I advise against staying overnight especially if the period is long.

12/07/2024: Guys, very nice place, the guys are kind and courteous, the place is well kept and clean, then they definitely have one of the best beers in Bologna, we'll definitely be back... Keep it up guys.. :-)

31/08/2024: Croissant and coffee a guarantee. As well as the savory ones. The place looks like a construction site, for years now. Bathrooms in bad condition, without soap and towels constantly broken. W hygiene. Despite this, we don't give up their croissants, the whole family goes crazy for them, especially the children. I hope we have a big renovation project, the place needs it. Go Aris Bar!

13/08/2024: We booked for dinner but it is possible to arrive from the early afternoon and enjoy the splendid swimming pool and the sun loungers by the pool. At dinner we chose the tasting menu (starter, first course, second course, side dish, dessert, water/wine, coffee) and it was much more than a tasting! Very generous portions and delicious food! Paid very little compared to how much and how eaten. The lady is super kind, she made us feel really welcome. I hope to return soon!
