21/11/2025: A sensational experience, carefully selected raw materials, beautiful, bold flavors, especially the nettle tagliatelle with a generous ragù. I barely even mopped it up three times to finish it, then the Fassona tartare—what can I say? A treat for the palate.
I will definitely be back to try more of Alessio's dishes; I'm incredibly curious.

We ordered lamb and fried mushrooms for our main course, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great prices. Highly recommended!

TOP dishes 😊😋 and fantastic food, high-quality ingredients, attention to every detail, not least cleanliness.

The service is a bit slow, but for a dinner or lunch in the mountains, perhaps with friends, it's acceptable.
The rooms are well-maintained, well-furnished, and very clean.
29/10/2025: Amazing place, even though it's a long way from us (a two-hour drive), but the food is divine, and even though we ordered everything based on porcini mushrooms and truffles, €40 is really cheap (from the appetizer to the dessert, coffee, and liqueurs). Highly recommended!

03/12/2025: Excellent fish, fresh and perfectly cooked. I had the grilled fish with a side of fries (a generous portion and good quality frying oil). The house wine was also good.
The Umbrian olive oil they brought is also worth a mention, to try on bread as an entrée... exceptional... like so many products from that fantastic region...
I recommend having lunch/dinner here if you're in the area.

02/12/2025: The restaurant is elegant without being snobbish. The owner is very friendly, and the waitress is equally friendly. We decided to try the tasting menu, and it was a pleasant experience. The flavors were distinct and persistent, and decidedly harmonious. The wine pairings were also absolutely in keeping with the tasting. They also have an excellent selection of gin. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, it definitely deserves more recognition.
Divinely executed dishes, fantastic menu.
Excellent service, creating the perfect blend of great professionalism without excessive formality.
I'd say the right word is Balance. The same balance you find between excellent quality and, as I see it, very fair prices.
The staff in the dining room do a remarkable job.
The atmosphere is perfect: welcoming, warm, and almost family-like.
I think this place will go far, and it deserves it.

Everything is divine, starting from the torta fritta with cured meats, the trio of tortelli, each one better than the last, and the tagliata with potatoes. The quality is top notch, the products are truly excellent. Highly recommended! You absolutely have to try it! 😃
