13/06/2026: We went to Inkiostro for my birthday. It was a superb experience, with incredibly tasty dishes, a refined atmosphere, and impeccable service from start to finish.

16/05/2026: We really enjoyed our experience and the 6-course dinner at Inkiostro. The food was excellent, the staff attentive and professional. We had come without any particular expectation and found the whole experience absolutely worth the money. The surprise for desert was unexpected and very enjoyable. Absolutely recommended!

Owner Andrea, already on the phone for your reservation, exudes a friendly atmosphere, and after a short chat, you're seated at your table. The young and cheerful staff, including Matteo, is attentive to presenting the restaurant's philosophy without being too intrusive. The classic cuisine of the Po Valley features excellent local cured meats, eaten without cutlery, accompanied by giardiniera (fresh pickled vegetables). The wine (a good Lambrusco) is drunk by the bowl, reminiscent of times gone by. The first and second courses vary daily, but all are excellent. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, with reasonable waiting times, allowing you to enjoy an excellent lunch. The prices are in line with the offerings. I'll definitely be back. I recommend booking.

08/05/2026: My wife and I have had lunch here a few times and have always enjoyed it. It was recommended to us by a local. In the warmer months, we've even eaten outside. Given its location, the cured meats offered are traditional and high-quality, and the dishes are well-cooked and carefully crafted, in keeping with Emilian traditions. For us, it's the place to go when we're in the area, without even thinking twice...

17/04/2026: Drank a lovely glass of white wine made from the Malvasia Aromatica grape as an aperitif. Great service with good explanations regarding the chosen wine.

29/03/2026: The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The cured meats were delicious, and the glass of local wine was quite generous. The prices were fair; perhaps some things could be better, but overall, I highly recommend the place. The location is definitely central, with a beautiful view of the square and the panorama overlooking the northern part of the village.

We had a wonderful time, especially because of the native language and the Italo wine they produce. We also discovered that you could buy the excellent Abbess's caramels with the sauce we'd just eaten. Highly recommended.

10/06/2026: I had lunch today with my wife and nephew. I found the people very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious. Excellent wine list. I highly recommend it.

26/04/2026: This mid-range/upscale restaurant is highly recommended; the clever pairings and sophisticated dishes (not necessarily traditional) make it a more than worthy choice for an evening of good food (the picanha is fabulous, and the buffalo mozzarella ravioli are also excellent). The portions aren't large, but they're just right, and the welcome is very welcome. Attentive and punctual service, reasonable wait times, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very refined and stylish. The prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with the quality. Congratulations, a real pass!

24/04/2026: We stumbled upon this wonderful place by chance while driving down the provincial road instead of the usual highway (I'm coming from Rome), and my husband and I stopped more to buy typical local products than to eat there. As soon as we arrived and entered, the atmosphere was beautiful, so we decided to have lunch and, of course, buy some. The ham was delicious, and special attention was paid to my husband, who is celiac. The kindness of the girls who looked after us and served us was super! We'll definitely be back. 10 🌟
