06/08/2025: An excellent culinary experience at a fair price. With two appetizers, two first courses, a glass of wine, water, and two desserts, we spent about €40 each. But the quality of the ingredients and the dishes is top-notch. We savored flavors we'd never tasted before. Their ricotta and bacon tortelli were truly a taste experience for me... and their meringue... absolutely worth trying! In a beautiful setting, right in the heart of Santarcangelo, the staff were young and friendly. We waited a bit for our dishes, but the taste was truly worth it! We'll be back! ✨

01/08/2025: They were nice, because I'd called to make a reservation, it was closed and they didn't answer, but when they reopened that evening they called me. The place is nice, the only downside is the strange smell you notice when you walk in, probably from the wood on the floor in the first room. The fish is high-quality and excellent, but for the first courses, I would have expected them to use fresh pasta. Perhaps the portions sometimes seem a little "just right" or on the small side. The staff is very kind and charming, but also serious and professional. Overall, it's a nice little place and the food is good.

11/07/2025: Found this place by chance (luckily...). They offer quality Italian cuisine. The owner, a true Romagna native, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. Worth it.

06/07/2025: During the day, a delicatessen/fresh pasta shop specializing in the so-called "minestre romagnole" (the great classics: cappelletti, tagliatelle, strozzapreti and co.), and on weekends also open in the middle of the night in a hot food restaurant mode, with a small selection of first courses made on the spot, to satisfy those... night-time hunger pangs. Good homemade product at a fair price, with generous portions. One of the few establishments that serves food until 2 am, perhaps the only one that goes until 4 am. Courteous and friendly manager. Try it! Worth it.

Take a seat at the table! The dancing begins! Where do we start? Try those sauces spread on fragrant bread and focaccia, in the tavern with the gluttons, in church with the saints. Listen to Othello in the background! Excuse me, waiter, can you bring me the platter? Salami, pancetta, prosciutto, culatello, a little Fortana in your glass. 13/07/2025: An excellent culinary experience! We opted for the seafood tasting menu: high-quality products, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. For the kids, there was a pizza with incredibly tasty crust—surely one of the best we've ever tasted. A place to recommend without hesitation.

03/08/2025: I have Sicilian relatives who live in Germany... and when they come down they stop at my place in Salso... and they want to eat torta fritta... over the years I've bought it everywhere. But the one that makes ceriati is unbeatable... the best torta fritta... and also the parmesan cream... which is not cut with cream but is parmesan cream... they are the number 1...

02/08/2025: We visited this trattoria on a summer evening, high in the hills of Salso. I rate it excellent, among the best trattorias in the entire Emilia-Romagna region. Starting with the torta fritta and mixed cured meats, fried polenta with lard, sautéed mushrooms and fried porcini mushrooms, mezzelune pasta with truffles, tagliatelle with meat sauce, and finally tiramisu and coconut semifreddo. The house wine was good. The staff was friendly and quick. We just met you and we're confident we'll always find the same passion and quality in providing the best local flavors. See you next time!

09/07/2025: 5 well-deserved stars!! I've been there twice, in the evening, and both times I had pizza, but the first and second courses were also delicious. The place is enchanting, with a well-kept pond and ducks, a small playground for children, and I even saw fireflies... very evocative, not surprisingly, this location is also chosen for weddings. There are some very charming apartments available for rent. The service is excellent and the owner is very friendly! What can I say, I'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!!

04/07/2025: Incredible location immersed in Nature. Ideal place for adults and children. Divine food with even special dishes that you don't often find around. The pizza is fantastic; the staff of extreme sympathy, kindness and cordiality, very quick in serving.

08/07/2025: Sublime experience, I had dinner with my husband and my 8-year-old daughter and we were very satisfied, we ate excellent fish, the service was efficient and fast, the staff were kind and friendly, a typical Romagna restaurant with original and characteristic furnishings, excellent value for money, we will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

11/08/2025: Provato spinti dalla buona reputazione del locale. Purtroppo la serata è stata una delusione. Il locale è carino e l’atmosfera piacevole, ma questo non basta a compensare il resto. Alcuni piatti erano passabili, altri davvero sotto tono, con porzioni ridotte e sapori poco convincenti per il prezzo richiesto. Per un posto con questa fama ci aspettavamo più costanza e cura. Il servizio è stato altalenante: personale gentile, ma senza la giusta attenzione nei momenti chiave. I tempi tra una portata e l’altra sono stati lunghi e non sempre giustificati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente: il conto è alto rispetto a quello che si trova nel piatto. In sintesi, un locale con potenziale ma che non riesce a mantenere le promesse. Non credo torneremo.
