06/06/2026: A magnificent place for those seeking a few days of tranquility, a true gem in such a remote location. A perfectly renovated 18th-century villa, with rooms preserved as they once were, echoing the site's history. Unique views can also be enjoyed from the heated pool. The apartment is beautiful and spacious; we stayed in the main house, in the purple apartment (each apartment is perfectly decorated with a different dominant color). Impeccably clean and with attention to detail. There's a coffee machine available, with a few regular and decaf coffee capsules. It's a shame the villa's restaurant was closed when we stayed, but upon our arrival, the owners were kind enough to prepare a platter and desserts, so we didn't have to look for a place to dine. Before leaving, I recommend checking whether the villa's restaurant is open and bringing your own food to avoid these inconveniences. Local restaurants aren't always open, and there aren't many. However, you'll need to drive, and the roads to get there aren't the best, winding and often narrow. It's a place to relax for a few days without traveling too far, enjoying the garden and pool. Breakfast was mostly sweet, and the homemade pastries were all wonderful; it's a shame the coffee, for my taste, wasn't the best. Special mention goes to Mrs. Pinuccia, who prepared and served us breakfast: she was obliging and literally pampered us the entire time, offering us tips for sightseeing and dining. Having someone like her, smiling and available to guests, is essential in a place like this, and it makes you want to return because she makes you feel right at home. It's definitely an experience worth having, and I recommend it. It's also an excellent location for weddings.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just steps from Viale Dante, "Santa Lucia" features a single, large dining room and an outdoor veranda. Everything is meticulously maintained and clean. The food is excellent and served in generous quantities. Overall, the experience is a positive one. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

07/05/2026: The two of us had a private dining room and a truly wonderful evening. Even the appetizer, a mixed platter, was excellent; the steak tartare, in particular, was incredibly fresh and delicious. We also wanted to highlight the variety of breads, which complemented the meal perfectly. The service was very quick, attentive, and extremely courteous, making us feel instantly welcome. The main courses were equally impressive: the meat was superbly grilled and highly recommended. The accompanying vegetables were also delicious and perfectly balanced. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a wide selection of wines, a cozy atmosphere, and a warm ambiance. We'd love to come back!

17/05/2026: Entering this restaurant is almost like a journey through twenty thousand leagues under the sea. Expectations are high, the staff and kitchen are welcoming, and the menu piques our curiosity. The oysters and raw shrimp are excellent. The eel risotto is delicious and well-crafted. The sturgeon dish disappointed me; the brioche was soaked in butter, and the sturgeon was a bit spicy (not inedible, but enough to annoy those who don't like spicy food), which should be noted on the menu. The iconic spaghetti is a dish made with excellent ingredients, and the spaghetti is well-cooked, but the sauce was soupy and washed out. The cheesecake is good, and the bergamot sorbet is excellent. In the small pastry shop, the caramelized popcorn has unexploded kernels, making it difficult to chew. The cuisine is still maturing, and the dining room is a bit unripe. In conclusion, a bit of a disappointment.

Here, you can eat truly Roman food, without the assembly-line effect that now dominates many restaurants in the area. The difference lies in the quality of the ingredients, a cuisine that doesn't seem designed for TikTok, and above all, the crowd: at the tables, you'll still find Romans and Trasteverians, not just suitcases and endless lines of tourists. And that's already a significant sign. In a neighborhood where many places focus more on quantity than quality, Martino maintains the atmosphere of a true contemporary osteria: welcoming, lively, without becoming a folkloristic caricature. And let's be clear: you're unlikely to see a Trasteverian dining at Tonnarello every week. Too often, the line outside matters more than what arrives on your plate. At Martino, however, you still experience that modicum of authenticity that is becoming a rare commodity in Trastevere.

15/06/2026: We've only tried this gelateria twice so far, the first time for gelato and the second for granita. Both times we were very satisfied; the gelato flavors are excellent and delicious, and the granita has the perfect consistency. We'll definitely be back. Well done!

15/05/2026: A wonderful place in Rimini. Extensive wine list. The pasta was delicious, we ordered classic tagliatelle - with pelati and meat, and with asparagus, artichoke and dried egg yolk. The service was pleasantly surprised, very fast delivery of dishes. Cozy atmosphere and polite staff. A special like for the availability of all conditions for inclusive guests. A must visit!
