From fresh pasta to main courses, everything is top-notch. A place where the food is divine and the atmosphere even better... it's impossible not to want to return!

10/11/2025: I went to this restaurant with my partner on Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, pleasantly decorated, and offers a wide variety of pizzas and burgers. Prices are absolutely fair. Highly recommended.

29/11/2025: A welcoming place, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Traditional Ferrarese cuisine revisited with a modern twist, but without sacrificing flavor and quality, as well as generous portions.

17/11/2025: For a dinner with friends (9 people), we had a table in the secluded, comfortable, and discreet room, where we could converse peacefully and without clutter. The service was good, with waiters attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. The menu is varied, with a predominance of seafood, featuring classic dishes, perhaps slightly revisited. The dishes we ordered were good, not exceptional, but still made with quality ingredients. The wine selection didn't live up to the menu: the red was good (an unmemorable Pinot Noir), while the white (a Pinot Blanc) was rather dull and lacking in character. It's a shame that, despite requests, more alternatives weren't offered, perhaps due to a limited selection or a lack of knowledge: a restaurant like this absolutely must have a wine expert capable of presenting the available bottles in the cellar to pair with the dishes! The desserts were very good. A final note: a place like "L'Oca Giuliva" can't afford to serve Pringles chips with an aperitif!!!

03/11/2025: A remarkable experience in a beautiful location. Despite its large size and large seating capacity, the restaurant, even though it's called a trattoria, stands out for its elegance, impeccable service, and high-quality restaurant prices. We appreciated the attention to detail and the appropriate timing for a holiday lunch. Upon entering, you're struck by the immense open kitchen, bustling with chefs and hard-working staff. Continuing, you enter one of two beautiful dining rooms, with tables spaced just the right distance apart for comfort. The menu, while not extensive, focuses on traditional meat and freshwater fish dishes. Since it was our first visit, it was difficult to choose, as all the dishes were tempting and we wanted to try everything. We opted for meat dishes, promising to return to try the fish menu. Although we imagined the cured meats would be exceptional, we chose the guinea fowl salad with mustard, red apple, currants, and hazelnuts. A perfect choice: the sweetness of the meat paired perfectly with the acidity of the apple and currant, while the hazelnuts added the missing crunch. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff allowed us to enjoy a second course of first courses: the classic pisarei e fasò, here enhanced with sausage, and an excellent maccheroncino al torchio with porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, and pumpkin cream. While we played it safe with the pisarei, with the maccheroncini we were impressed by the deliciousness of the pasta al torchio, its perfect texture and chew, as well as the intense flavors of these autumn fruits. An elegant and delicious dish at the same time. The second course did not disappoint either: baked goose leg with potatoes. We were told that the geese come from a farm in Mortara, where the animals are fed only grain in the wild. I don't remember ever tasting such tender, juicy, and flavorful poultry. Like all main courses, this dish is expensive, but the quality of the ingredients fully justified it. The desserts also deserve a mention: we enjoyed a very good three-flavor tiramisu. Lunch was accompanied by a Gutturnio superiore from the La Tosa winery; the wine list is rich with excellent wines, including from outside the region. In conclusion, a lunch at the Cattivelli family is worth the trip, perhaps even in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful summer terrace. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, and the service is attentive and friendly. The price is substantial, but the quality and service fully justify it.

02/11/2025: We visited Vicolo Rimini for lunch during a business trip in October 2025, and we were truly impressed! The restaurant is located in the heart of Rimini's historic center, small but welcoming, with an intimate atmosphere and attention to detail. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and professional—a special mention goes to Riccardo, who truly makes the difference with his courtesy and helpfulness. We chose three starters to keep things light: tagliatelle with meat sauce, carbonara with truffle, and chitarra Vincenzo (clams and bottarga). All dishes were excellent, well-balanced in flavor and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Homemade pasta, fresh truffle, and a truly spectacular focaccia served before the starters! The bill is slightly above average, partly due to the €10 glass of Brunello, but the quality/price ratio remains very good. A place to remember and recommend to anyone seeking authentic cuisine and impeccable service in the heart of Rimini. 👏🍝

I was treated with such kindness, so it was only right to leave a review. I hope to have lunch at this restaurant one day.

17/10/2025: A very rustic trattoria with excellent cuisine and excellent service. The atmosphere is typically trattoria inside, while in the summer, sitting under the wisteria arbour is truly charming! The quality/price ratio is also excellent!

08/09/2025: I went to this restaurant and wine bar for a wine tasting, and everything was perfect and lived up to expectations. The wines offered are produced in their own cellar and are all excellent. The location offers a spectacular view and a breathtaking sunset. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to offer excellent advice. I'll be back!

08/12/2025: Exceptional dishes, each one better than the last, although I personally recommend the tortelli all'ubriaca (photo). The waitresses were cheerful and very kind. The view of the Apennines was that extra touch that made this experience even more magical!

17/11/2025: So, it's a busy place, given the comings and goings of people for lunch on the weekend, but overall it's still nice and clean. The food is good or average for the location and the quality of the area, with seasonal produce. Service is quick, but given the influx of people, there's nothing to complain about. The girls are friendly and courteous, and the owner is very empathetic. Our only complaint about lunch was the waiter (the only man in the dining room), who was overly intrusive in trying to tell me what to do or not to do with my growing dog. He used a loud voice and was impetuous, not suitable for those looking to enjoy a quiet lunch away from the city, especially when we're spending €50 each. That said, it's fine for a lunch out of town, but given this unpleasant incident, I don't think I'd return.

16/11/2025: Osteria della Rocca is TOP! The kitchen has very long opening hours, and that alone is a good starting point. 😊 We arrived at 2:00 PM, were greeted with a smile, and in no time at all we had our table, which was cleaned with almost obsessive care (another welcome but not a given). We ordered, and the dishes were excellent and served promptly. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes and prices. The staff is fast, courteous, friendly, and professional. The restaurant, although busy at all hours, is well-kept and very clean. It's about a 10-minute drive from Rocchetta Mattei and is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

08/10/2025: The owner is a wonderful person, in short, if you want to eat good meat, don't waste time choosing the place, HERE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU if you are meat lovers, among other things, the owner is from Puglia like me but this means nothing in my review, the food is GOD-LIKE.
