18/09/2025: We were in the area for an event and, thanks to the reviews, we stumbled upon this trattoria. We sat under the pergola, where the tables were set with tablecloths, a rarity these days. As soon as we sat down, they offered us a complimentary plate of salami while we waited to order. The food was plentiful, high-quality, and authentic, with homemade pasta. With our coffee, they also offered us a homemade liqueur, which we unfortunately had to decline because we had to drive to Milan, but we really appreciated the gesture. So, if you're in the area, want to eat well, spend little, and are looking for kindness, this is the right place to stop. .

13/10/2025: A very nice, small, but fine restaurant, away from the hustle and bustle. A small, open kitchen and a friendly owner who is happy to translate the menu, which is only available in Italian. The spaghetti carbonara alla radiccio and the salmon bowl were among the highlights of our stay in Bologna! Highly recommended!

01/10/2025: I often go to this piadineria, where I buy piadinas and crescioni, mostly to-go. I think they're the best in all of Ravenna. Besides the one I bite into right away because the aroma is impossible to resist, I can refrigerate the rest at home, and they keep for several days. Then, simply reheat them in a nonstick pan for a few minutes. If I'm visiting friends in Rome or Umbria, or if they come to visit me, these delicious piadinas are a wonderful gift. Among the crescioni, my favorite is sausage and onion, but there are so many fillings to choose from. For your sweet-toothed nephew on his way home from school, why not get a Nutella cappelletti?

06/09/2025: We stopped by chance after visiting the Guatelli Museum (wonderful). We had a midweek lunch at the end of August with no expectations—that is, we'd settle for a quick sandwich—but instead we saw the sign for the place on the other side of the road, made a U-turn, and ta-da! A very welcoming place, spotlessly clean restrooms, impeccable service, and exceptionally high-quality food: SPECTACULAR GIARDINIERA, incredibly tender artichokes in oil (the photo of the plated appetizer shows half of what was served), fresh and abundant testaroli made with fine flours and served with basil pesto, and equally tasty and casually handmade tagliolini with truffle. A glass of local organic still red wine, also of high quality. We didn't order a main course or dessert, so we'll have to return. Elio, the chef-owner, showed up at the counter for a chat, and he's also friendly. Very good value for money. Thunder of applause.

23/06/2025: I ate Venchi ice cream, I have to say it was good but the price was very high. A regular cone, therefore normal with sprinkles and a cuddle on the outside of the cone for 6.50, a real steal, I won't be going back again.

03/09/2025: It's my FAVORITE restaurant, my favorite place, where time stands still and the rest of the world stays outside, a refined and sophisticated place. As soon as you walk in the door, you're enchanted by the display case and the assortment of cheeses and cured meats. The restaurant has been selected nationally to organize high-level events. Stefano is wonderful, kind, helpful, highly knowledgeable, the perfect host 🤩 It's a family-run business and you can taste it in the flavor of their dishes.

23/08/2025: The Simposio dei Sensi, a place that won me over. Refined, welcoming, with particular attention to the choice of raw materials. Upon entering, you're enchanted by the two refrigerated counters, one stocked with a carefully selected cheese selection and the other with a unique selection of cured meats. There's no menu; the waiter will tell you about it because it changes so often. WHAT I ATE: I chose the tortelli filled with Stilton, a French blue cheese, served on a bed of pumpkin cream with raspberry drops. A very balanced and delicious dish. Next, a shin of patanegra (a type of ham) on a bed of mashed potatoes—it was simply delicious. The manager, on his own initiative, brought us a small tasting of Roccaverano robiola and Grigentana goat cheese with lavender honey—a true delicacy. For dessert, a crème brulee—perfect. ● WHAT I DRINK: On the owner's recommendation, I drank a 2021 Pletter Lagrein from Cesconi, a wine that paired perfectly with the dishes. Excellent choice. ● VENUE: The place is very welcoming with a very relaxing atmosphere. Not at all noisy. ● STAFF: The service was impeccable, the waiter very attentive and made us feel at ease. ● PRICE: The price of €95 per couple was reasonable considering the quality of the dishes and the service. ● TIP: If you're looking for a place with high-quality traditional cuisine, where the ingredients are carefully selected, Simposio dei Sensi is an excellent choice. Try it! The place is only open on Friday and Saturday evenings, so book in advance.

28/05/2025: Oggi ero in via Agucchi per delle commissioni, sono passato davanti a questo laboratorio di pasticceria e sono entrato. C'è un vasto assortimento di torte e biscotti a prezzi davvero ragionevoli. Ho deciso di prendere una piccola torta di riso, di cui sono ghiotto. Veramente squisita. Peccato solo che non si possa prendere anche il caffè assieme al dolce, in quanto la Biscotteria non fa servizio bar.

The dishes are both authentic and creative (we had homemade octopus pasta with an excellent sauce, a glass of wine and a dessert), delicious, the setting is nice and classy, ​​the service is pleasant, the prices are very reasonable. 04/06/2025: Frequentiamo spesso il locale di Michela perché lo reputiamo il miglior ristorante della zona. Stasera abbiamo degustato un eccellente antipasto di tonno con fragole , formaggio erborinato e salsa teriakj: nn ho resistito , e prima di assaggiare il resto della cena, ho voluto esprimere la nostra grandissima soddisfazione ! Credo che con qualche aggiustatura , il locale di Michela meriterebbe una stella. Bravissima.
