If I could, I'd give it 6 stars! I went to Doppiozero Food Lab in Modena and was enchanted. FOOD: Exceptional piadinas, light but incredibly tasty, made with excellent ingredients. Fantastic desserts, artisanal and delicious. SERVICE: Friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. ATMOSPHERE: Great attention to detail, clean, modern, and welcoming. Top quality and value. Recommended for everyone!

A modern place with a wide selection of piadinas. I ordered an off-the-menu dish with just cooked ham and zucchini, and the staff made sure I was satisfied. The piadina was well-filled, hot, and crispy—excellent! Great people. Parking inside the shopping center. Recommended!

I'm really happy with the menu: it's easy to understand, and you've added the logo to indicate a vegan-friendly product (100%), and the ingredients list is listed underneath. A very green place, very well-maintained, and the waitresses are super kind and friendly. As for vegan-friendly food, my only consideration is ALWAYS adding a protein source (legumes) to complete the dish (piadina, tigelle, or salad) and to make it more nutritionally rich (at most, give the option to those who want it, but maybe remove it if necessary, it could cause discomfort). The soap (of the piadina) is definitely good. The only thing (regarding the doughs) I would list the dough options under each category, since especially in the tablet version, reading the menu, only afterward did the waitress ask me the type of dough (normal, whole wheat, or spelt). - Super affordable price (the quantities tend to be smaller), even the portions of fries were smaller than I expected (good), I would have liked some katsuo and mayonnaise with them. 🪞-Location: We were seated outside next to the gazebo (the only thing I can say). Unless the waiters were walking past, it was hard to see us, and sometimes I struggled to get the waiters' attention (because we were hidden behind the gazebo and it was actually hard to notice us). 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽-Staff: There were several people serving, and I didn't see that as a negative since there was excellent coordination. I had a great time; the staff was really friendly and helpful and were able to help me find my way around. 🏞️-Ambience: A really quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Inside, the music was too loud, and it was definitely small and stuffy for my taste. Tip: If you add this little protein addition, plus a vegan-friendly dessert, I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

This place is truly a wonderful discovery! Small but very well-kept, behind the cinema, in a strategic location. The marketing and menu are truly well-executed, but in the end, what matters is the food... well, lots of it!!! I had a platter of cured meats, tigelle, and gnocco fritto, and for me, the latter is the best I've tasted in the few months I've been here in Modena. Then there's a flatbread, super stuffed with stracchino, pesto, and pancetta, delicious. And then there's a truly endless selection of dishes, including desserts (which I didn't try because my colleague was late and it was closing time, but I'll make up for it!!!) The staff is cheerful and friendly. I'll be back as soon as possible!
