If you're looking for the classic Romagna fixed-price menu of "tagliatelle + grilled meat," you're probably in the wrong place. If, however, you want real, quality meat, cooked with care and served expertly, then La Cascina del Gaucho is an absolutely perfect choice. Precisely prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and expertly cooked: the difference is truly noticeable. Special praise goes to Natascia, the owner, for her professional, attentive, and passionate hospitality, making guests feel truly cared for. It's amusing to read some of the reviews about the prices: when you break away from the Romagna fixed-price menu (tagliatelle and "standard" grilled meat), it's normal for the quality—and therefore the bill—to be different. For those looking to save money, the area offers endless options. But here, people come to eat well. And it shows. And it tastes good. I'll definitely be back.

I went to Cascina del Gaucho in Rimini and had an overall good experience. We'd been there before and had a truly fantastic experience, which is why we decided to return. This time, however, I wasn't entirely satisfied, and I also noticed a price increase that I personally didn't find entirely justified. The restaurant remains welcoming and has a casual atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent, and you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. The aspect that I wasn't entirely convinced by was the menu. Before going, I spoke with the owner because I'd seen a specific menu online and was confirmed to be available. When we arrived, however, this menu wasn't on the menu. When we asked the waitress, she told us they could still make us something similar, but without clearly explaining what it included or the price. The menu also included dessert and limoncello, but we didn't end up serving them. Overall, the quality of the meat remains high, the food is good, and the service is friendly and very fast. But I think some aspects of the service and menu management could be improved.

Good food...personally, the quantity based on the price needs to be reviewed...the vegetables are unseasoned, the service is a bit so-so...delays and forgetfulness in the service
