The food is typically Ferrarese and of good quality! I highly recommend it if you're looking for a cozy evening or a pleasant evening with friends!

01/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant for Ferrarese dishes! The restaurant is beautifully located within the city walls, where cultivated fields still stand. When you step outside, you find yourself in the heart of the historic center. It takes advantage of the renovated stables, with a modern style. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food service is beautifully decorated; I really enjoyed it. The wine menu complements the dishes and offers regional wines. They offer cappelletti and capellaci, purée and salami for sauce, and zuppa inglese. Fantastic!

09/03/2026: I'm originally from Emilia-Romagna, but I've lived outside the region for many years. I decided to be a tourist in my own homeland. At the La Rocca Hotel, I found the sense of family I'd been longing for. I arrived a little late, but the kitchen was open. Since I was very tired and didn't want to eat much, the kitchen prepared an excellent vegetable dish and a hot potage for me, and traditional tagliatelle for a friend: the ingredients were extraordinary. The village is beautiful, and thanks to the key card, I was able to take a stroll after closing time. Even from my panoramic room, I could see the illuminated clock tower. The panoramic terrace is a dream. The La Rocca family welcomes you like no large hotel chain ever could, maintaining professionalism, elegance, and an exceptional attention to detail.

Rimini is just a few steps away. Very well-kept place, both inside and out, with carefully crafted cocktails, pleasing to the palate and to the... sight. Good price. Everything is fine. They do aperitifs, brunches, shows—in short, the best of the genre.

22/02/2026: This is the second time we've stayed at Camping Sestola and we've used the Mattarello Restaurant, and I must say it's consistently 5-star quality, service, and friendliness! 15/02/2026: Beautiful taverna located in an area with parking and easy to get to. I went in the winter for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, and we both had a wonderful meal. We asked for a second course of green tagliatelle, prosciutto, lemon zest, and tortelloni (BOTH were delicious)! For the second course, I had the tagliata, which was delicious, but my boyfriend's ribs were perfect—tender meat and excellent seasoning. Finally, the dessert, served in a small cup, was delicious! A welcoming place, perfect service, with no long waits. Live music! I had a great time, and we're both satisfied!
