19/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was simple, with a beautiful view of the vineyards at sunset. The staff were very kind and attentive, but the real highlight was the dishes... from appetizers to dessert, all exquisite, prepared with care and culinary expertise. Pasta was strictly homemade, with sauces so delicious you'd be licking your lips and mopping up the sauce. The wine was produced on site, the portions were generous, the ingredients were high-quality, and the prices were decidedly fair. Well done everyone!!! If you love good food, this is the place to be. 27/07/2025: Sono passato tantissime volte davanti a questo ristorante pizzeria, ma non è mai capitata l'occasione di fermarmi a mangiare Poi per motivi logistici finalmente è capitata : Ho trovato un ambiente familiare Ottimo per una serata tranquilla ( anche se l 'affluenza nel fine settimana in periodi turistici è Alta ) Posso dire di aver notato un buon servizio e un utilizzo di Buone materie prime Per la mia esigenza ed esperienza posso dare un bel voto ( poi si sa che tutto è opinabile e soggettivo)

05/05/2025: Il frigo vetrina, posto all'ingresso dell'antico edificio di pietra recentemente ristrutturato, con all'interno grossi pesci appesi a frollare, ci introducono in un mondo fatto di passione, sperimentazione, tecnica e ricerca. L'ambiente è elegante e l'accoglienza cordiale. Il menu è quasi incomprensibile per la quantità di ingredienti insoliti utilizzati per preparare le pietanze. Il crudo di corba rossa è tenero e armonioso ed il risotto alla milanese di mare un poco anonimo. Sorprendente l'animella di vitello alla brace con tamarindo. La carta dei vini è discreta e con ricarichi corretti. Gradita la piccola pasticceria offerta in chiusura. Alla fine della serata resta la sensazione di avere speso bene i 70 euro del conto.

10/04/2025: Sempre una bella conferma! Conoscevamo già questi ragazzi dal Ca' Longa e ci eravamo ripromessi di venire a provare il menù della Ca' di Sass, che rimane rustica ma scenografica. I piatti parlano da sé. Personale di sala molto competente e mai invadente. Piacevolissima serata.

28/07/2025: Lovely food. We tried "green tagliatelle with orange and ham, taglio di chianina with rosemary and, surprisingly, lovely dessert: Prendi la vita a morsi. That's how it can be done. Intimate place. Not a big "dining room". These people know it!

17/08/2025: Everything was good. The atmosphere was welcoming. It was very crowded today, perhaps because it's close to the highway exit and it's a busy day for people returning from/departing from vacation. Still, it's worth it.

15/08/2025: Enjoy your lunch. We came with my family for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant is very quaint, and the outdoor dining area upstairs is lovely, with a beautiful view of the hills. For appetizers, we had mushroom crostini and fried mushrooms, all very good, although the fried mushrooms included not only porcini mushrooms but also pleurotus. Then for main courses, the truffle cappelletti, pumpkin tortelli with truffle, and cappellacci with their sauce were delicious. Everything was very good and tasty. The only flaw was the bill, which was too high.

21/07/2025: A decidedly positive experience. A summer dinner for two, a table outside (right on the sand, beautiful), a decidedly sophisticated atmosphere with soft, unobtrusive lighting, and good spacing between tables. There's also a piano bar, also on the beach. Truly, very good. The menu was varied, with the obvious choice being fish, with only raw appetizers (excellent) and a truly spectacular first course of paccheri with lobster. The wine list was good, but not exceptional. The staff was courteous, helpful, and never intrusive. The price was reasonable, but not excessive at all. Definitely worth returning for, a wonderful place.

14/07/2025: Lunch with friends at this truly charming and beautifully decorated beachfront spot. You're greeted by the very friendly, but above all, very professional, staff... Taking orders by heart and remembering every dish you order isn't for everyone! The cuisine is certainly sophisticated and superior to other places. The dishes are prepared with attention to detail, and the fish you order is even shown to you before being cooked, if you so choose! This is for absolute honesty and to avoid any surprises. Definitely a recommended location; the prices are a bit above average, but given everything I've said previously, that's fair enough.

31/07/2025: On July 29th, I had lunch at the refuge. The service was friendly and quick, but the portion of the leek tortelli (two of them, like small, thin focaccias for ten euros) was too small, even though they were excellent. The place is beautiful, especially the surroundings, and has long been a household name. You can pack a picnic lunch, surrounded by greenery, and leave the place clean.

17/06/2025: I had dinner at Ristorante La Bertola in Baggiovara, Modena, and it was quite a pleasant experience! We tried the Cotolette 'alla Carla' and 'alla Burratina,' as well as the Filetto di Maiale 'alla Bertola.' Everything was delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly. The only downside was that the dishes didn't all come out at the same time, so some of us had to wait a bit longer. Despite that, the overall experience was good. The total for three main dishes, two sides, one dessert, and both sparkling and still water was a reasonable 69 euros. It's definitely a place I'd consider visiting again!

02/08/2025: Fantastic thin-crust pizza. It's also good the next day (not a given, in fact quite rare!) Good ingredients. A shame about the tomato puree. I understand that such a thin-crust pizza can't handle a rich, moist sauce like that made with peeled tomatoes, perhaps hand-pulled (not blended). Obviously, compromises have to be made. However, excellent cooking and overall quality. Highly recommended for bruschetta as well.
