12/07/2025: An authentic Romagna experience not to be missed! The menu is a celebration of tradition: handmade pasta, authentic ingredients, and generous portions. The tagliatelle with ragù are simply perfect, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The main courses are also a must-try: the pork leg in a crust is a real treat for the palate... The staff is incredibly friendly. Service is quick but never rushed, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover (or rediscover) the true flavors of Romagna. I'll definitely be back!

20/07/2025: An excellent culinary experience in the only burlesque restaurant/theater in Italy. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, the location was beautiful, and every detail was taken care of to ensure you truly experience the burlesque atmosphere. The food was truly delicious, delicate, and very flavorful. Definitely worth a visit for anyone visiting the beautiful Rimini. I recommend it without a doubt!!!

05/07/2025: Ottimo apericena a due passi dal mare. Tagliere misto davvero abbondante e ben assortito: salumi, formaggi, hummus, fritti... Ce n'era per tutti i gusti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato la premura dimostrata nei confronti della nostra bimba.

28/07/2025: Super cozy! We sat outside at first, but then when a thunderstorm started, we went inside. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Quaint decor. We only had two drinks and some olives and snacks, but the drinks were good, especially strong ones, haha

25/07/2025: The best bar we visited in Bologna. Incredible vibes both inside and outside. We made sure to stop by for at least one drink each night during our stay. All of the staff was so welcoming, they treated us like true friends!

04/08/2025: It's hard to say; almost all the tables were empty, but upon entering, we were informed that the first available table would be available in an hour. We didn't wait.

19/07/2025: Had dinner alone on a business trip. Very attentive service and friendly waiters. Excellent tagliatelle The roasted rabbit tasted great; in my case, a little more sauce wouldn't have hurt. The ginger sorbet was excellent and plentiful. The bread was plentiful and unlimited, no need to ask. The house Sangiovese wine was very good, especially considering the price.

05/07/2025: We had a wonderful experience: Gnocchi with snails Spaghetti w oysters and coconut excellent combination! Eggplant Trout, which as usual I found too salty but my husband didn’t. A very pleasant orange wine - not too funky. Can’t think of any negatives I would definitely recommend and certainly go back to.

27/06/2025: The same advice from the jovial lawyer from Parma that had made me discover La Valle, this time led me to the Cortex Bistrot. From the green hills above Fidenza to the narrow streets of the center of Parma, warmed by the rays of the sun of the first, real, days of summer. Inside, however, it is nice, an informal environment between shelves of books and bottles that celebrate past uncorkings, the girls who welcomed us and took care of us always patient and courteous, even though we were a large company and perhaps with a few too many requests. I really liked the cuisine of Cortex, articulated without being excessive, fresh and original in the choice of ingredients with a result always well-centered, you can find delicacy where perhaps you would expect intensity, or the exact opposite. I put “𝑝𝑒𝑝𝑒 𝑏𝑢𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑜, 𝑎𝑠𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑖, 𝑐𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑎𝑙𝑒 𝑑𝑖𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑎, 𝑏𝑒𝑙𝑢𝑔𝑎” in first place along with “𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑎, 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑡𝑒́, 𝑣𝑖𝑛 Hello, dear friend, extraordinary starter the “𝑧𝑢𝑐𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑎 𝑑𝑖𝑑 𝑑𝑖𝑑 𝑑𝑖𝑑, “𝑝𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑜𝑛, 𝑏𝑜𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑔𝑎”. Since I lacked the courage, I chose “𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑜, 𝑔𝑎𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑖, 𝑝𝑖𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑖, 𝑐𝑢𝑟𝑟𝑦” instead of “𝑡𝑟𝑖𝑝𝑝𝑎, 𝑠𝑒𝑝𝑝𝑖𝑎, 𝑓𝑎𝑔𝑖𝑜𝑙𝑖 𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑙’𝑜𝑐𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑜”, but who wouldn't? he had my paranoias he then called it spectacular. As a company alcoholic, colleagues, on average 20 years younger, gave me carte blanche and I, as an elderly person, took advantage of it. 14/06/2025: Great combination of a chic venue in a rural setting, all well taken care of. Very professional staff. Good food, pity that the wine was warm, I think at least 25° for a red that should be served at 18°. The opening hours reported on the internet are wrong, they open at 19:30 and not at 19. However, an excellent restaurant.

02/06/2025: We slept and had dinner in the structure. The rooms are simple but clean and quiet, they also have air conditioning and convenient parking in front of the entrance. The breakfast is plentiful and for dinner they have an excellent menu, I recommend the very good meat tartare. Perhaps the tagliatelle ai funghi could be improved as they lacked a bit of flavor. I recommend it.
