The tasting menu is meticulously crafted, alternating balanced and intense dishes with more assertive ones that surprise and intrigue. The atmosphere is evocative, immersed in the greenery and silence of nature, offering moments of true peace... albeit with a few extra guests, though unavoidable in such a wild setting. The service is attentive and courteous, and the wine list is well-chosen. A place that combines taste, beauty, and authenticity.

From appetizers to desserts, and continuing with the wines, you'll notice a level of attention to detail in the menu that surpasses that of many more prestigious restaurants. Giuseppe is a very kind and professional person; they do their best to make you feel at home. If you want to taste the unique dishes of Lucanian cuisine, you've come to the right place.

02/07/2025: I had a really delicious pizza from them. It warmed my heart. I had one with eggplant and lots of cheese, and another “half and half”: half with tomatoes and cheese, and the other half folded like a calzone. A very affordable price and REALLY GOOD!

27/07/2025: Much better than I expected, the Ginger Italian is a well presented restaurant with a menu full of robust favourites. We were a party of nine, no complaints from anyone - if anything portions may be a little large for those with smaller appetites. Entertaining waiting staff. Reasonably priced.

25/05/2025: Beautiful evening in a warm and welcoming environment. Good food at reasonable prices. You can enjoy a beautiful evening view accompanied by a very nice piano entertainment by the owner. I will definitely return.

06/08/2025: Great location, nice and quiet! Three power points for caravans/campers. It costs €10 per day if you don't eat in the restaurant. You also get a 10% discount if you stay overnight and eat there. The host is super friendly. Definitely recommended if you're traveling to or from Italy!

The restaurant is excellent with quality food and wine, the rooms are beautiful, modernly furnished and very spacious, and the location is excellent... highly recommended!!!! The owner is always very kind, as are the staff. Beautiful garden with a pool. I always have a great time.
