30/03/2026: Excellent restaurant near the Romanesque church of San Venanzio, in the Copparo countryside. Local specialties or meat and fish dishes are offered, in an informal setting. Large spaces inside and a high number of seats, we booked but there was room. The welcome prosecco was very welcome. Absolutely recommended restaurant.

The service is friendly and helpful, and the beer and food are good, although considering the price, they could do with a little more effort to spice up the burgers, which are expensive and paltry. Live music is always a plus.

01/06/2026: I've been here several times now for both the panino and the piedina, and I can say without a doubt that it's the best of all the Lidi Ferrarese restaurants.
The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous.
As for the price, it's average. The only downside is that, being the best, it's always crowded, and sometimes you have to wait up to 45 minutes. However, if you have a wait, you're always notified of the expected time.
I highly recommend it if you want to eat a real piadina from Romagna.

19/05/2026: Typical trattoria very pleasant in the decor with kind and fast staff (the place was full and we waited just enough) excellent food I particularly appreciated the first courses the bowl for the wine is worthy of note our compliments we will definitely return when we are in the Piacenza area
11/05/2026: The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The food is reminiscent of the old Piacenza taverns, with a focus on local ingredients. We ate very well. The bill was reasonable. I had the best Ganassino I've had in years. We'll definitely be back.

01/06/2026: My experience was not possible... I called at noon to book the evening, after several attempts they answered the phone, saying I should call back after 4 pm to book... The first time this has happened to me, but I followed the instructions anyway... After 4 pm there was no answer.... I'll be brief, we went in person only to be told that "the place was full" with rudeness and arrogance..... DEAR GENTLEMEN, YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST TOLD THAT AT NOON!!!! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT...

Exceptional food quality.
The restaurant is large, well-kept, and very welcoming.
The atmosphere is calm and inviting.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate your requests.
The fish-based first courses and mixed fried fish are excellent. The dishes are generous.
Gluten-free bread is available upon request.
Highly recommended!

06/05/2026: It's a shame there are only 5 stars per category; it deserves many more. The dishes are carefully prepared, plentiful, and prepared with skill and love. Despite being packed to the rafters, the wait between courses is well-balanced, not too long, not too short. The service is precise and attentive. You leave feeling almost disappointed that you won't be able to enjoy the attentive company of all the staff. All the dishes are excellent, but the frogs cacciatore are amazing. Prices are normal.

19/05/2026: Nestled in a small hamlet, this culinary treasure is hidden away. La Palta upholds Piacenza's reputation for excellence in the restaurant business. Its Michelin star is well-deserved!
The key concepts here are local tradition and simplicity. Dishes generally feature few ingredients, most of which come from the Piacenza area. In some cases, the producers are just 1 or 2 km away!
Pasta is this restaurant's signature ingredient. Just looking at the entire tasting menu dedicated to it is enough to understand its importance here. Whether ravioli, tagliolini, tortelli, or whatever, the quality of the ingredients and their cooking are unquestionable!
I highly recommend the "You Are in My Hands" tasting menu, which you can see in the photos. The dish that struck me most was "Ravioli between West and East," which, using few ingredients and appearing so simple, overwhelms with its flavors and leaves an indelible memory. Seconds are a must!
For my tastes, the best option is to let the excellent sommelier guide you. His selection of local and seemingly simple wines is astonishing, yet they hold their own and sometimes surpass more prestigious bottles. His explanations are perfect and suitable for everyone. You can adjust the number of glasses paired with your meal; for example, you can ask for one per dish, as I did. You can also ask him to surprise you even further, as I did 😄!
Off-menu, I also had the honor of trying the "Raviolo di ravioli," a collection of ravioli in progressively aged Parmigiano Reggiano. A maximum of 101 months of aging makes for an unforgettable pleasure!
The price is very fair for a Michelin-starred restaurant of this caliber. €120 for the menu, €80 for 8 glasses + cover charge and water, for a total of €220 per person.
Compliments to the entire staff for their professionalism and friendliness! Thank you, Isa, for elevating the name of Piacenza with your cuisine!

Excellent pizza, truly friendly service. Highly recommended if you're in Tresigallo.

11/06/2026: The service felt too focused on upselling “premium” dishes with wagyu and truffle. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not always match the premium positioning.
The octopus and burrata starter was enjoyable, with good flavour and an interesting combination. While the octopus could have been a little fresher, it was still a good dish overall.
For my main course, I originally planned to order the €15 tagliatelle al ragù but was recommended by the server to upgrade to the €24 truffle pasta. Sadly, this proved disappointing. The truffle looked pre-shaved and dried out. It did not have the aroma or flavour that fresh truffle should have. Combined with an overly salty sauce, the dish fell short of my expectations and did not justify the additional cost.
I asked for a glass of red wine, only to discover when the bill arrived that it cost €12.50. Considering this is a premium price, the wine tasted acidic and cheap, making the cost difficult to understand. I was neither shown the bottle nor served at the table, leaving me with no idea what wine I had been given. At that price point, I would have expected a higher quality wine.
Overall, there were some positives, particularly the starter and the friendly service, but I left feeling that the restaurant focused too heavily on upselling rather than delivering food and drink that justified the prices being charged.
10/06/2026: Superb service, romantic Italian ambiance with excellent food.
It doesn't get more romantic than this.
Highly recommended.
And to top it all off, homemade tiramisu.
