10/08/2024: Siamo andati per caso , Era vicino Al'albergo.... Che dire ? Un accoglienza Come se fosse un 5 stelle , un cibo fatto a casa , un ambiente da morire di risate... Ci siamo andati due volte e sicuramente , ci torneremmo ancora l'estate prossimo . Tutto buono , prezzo incredibile ma da provare sicuramente ... Grazie ancora per le risate ... Quelli dal Belgio

14/04/2024: Locale elegante, bella accoglienza, senza troppi fronzoli, ma genuina. Il menù è stato un'esperienza davvero interessante, ottimi piatti, accostamenti non banali e un plauso agli spaghettini allo zafferano. Anche pane e grissini eccezionali. Il servizio è stato efficiente, cortese e ci ha messo a ns agio. Ringraziamo il sommelier e tutti coloro che ci hanno servito offrendoci sorriso e piacevoli conversazioni e spiegazioni. Ho festeggiato alla grande il mio compleanno, con anche una candelina su brioche buonissima!

31/07/2024: Io e mio marito ci siamo fermati quasi per caso, a pranzo, in questo ristorante. Dico quasi perché eravamo diretti in un altro posto ma era chiuso, quindi abbiamo fatto una piccola ricerca on line e ci ha convinto Mamma Rosa. Il locale è carino, se proprio dovessi fare un cambiamento interverrei sul pavimento, un effetto parquette cambierebbe il volto del locale che per il resto è arredato in maniera tipica e di buon gusto. Il proprietario, ci ha anche consigliato benissimo, preparato e cortese. Abbiamo preso l’insalata di baccalà per antipasto, davvero gradita, delicata e allo stesso tempo saporita, per primo gli scialatielli allo scoglio, questi mi hanno colpito per la bontà! Con una salsina alla riduzione di prezzemolo davvero squisita che si sposava benissimo con il piatto, e una grigliata mista, buona, ma tornassi indietro, viste le loro doti culinarie, prenderei qualcosa di più “cucinato”. Quando tornerò a Salerno non mancherò! Noi siamo andati presto ed eravamo in due, quindi abbiamo trovato posto, ma parlando poi con loro consiglio la prenotazione!

29/07/2024: Posto accogliente e ben curato e i piatti sono una delizia. L'ordine lo viene a prendere la padrona di casa e dopo avere assaggiato i piatti capirete il perchè. Per chi è a Salerno è una tappa che non può mancare. Da provare assolutamente.

01/06/2024: On Saturday evening it's better not to go for badly cooked pizza due to the rush to serve the tables with the same dough but not on Saturday!!!! It remains on the stomach and for those with digestion problems, be careful

01/08/2024: Nothing to say about the octopus with puree and the calamarata (even if there was cheese...), but I don't give a higher score for some things that can be fixed without problems: the menu of the day is displayed outside, as is the 'another menu of everything they do (three pages), but it is not given at the table, nor is there the possibility of reading it better on the internet. And what about the prices? When I asked the waiter, he told me that he would go and read them to tell me, but I preferred to go and take a photo... of the menu of the day, which we discovered was not exactly the only menu just by looking at the others customers who ate something else. So you don't know how much you will pay unless you learn the menu by heart and that's not good. 2 euros for a cover charge are really too much for a paper tablecloth and two cutlery rolled up in an equally paper napkin. We weren't even told that there was self service available. Approximate information. Even the price of the calamarata and the octopus, 16 euros each, although good, is too high.

26/08/2024: I was very disappointed. I expected to find dishes that tell the story of the territory as the name and description of the place wants to communicate. Cilento cuisine is made up of many products and dishes that cannot be missing from a menu that claims to tell the story of the territory. From parmigiana, cavatielli, fusillo, ciambotta. Here both Cilentan products and dishes are missing. I ask you, the owner: how can you say that you represent the territory if you put frozen potato croquettes in my fried foods? The small ones without mozzarella inside. How do you do it? Why are you doing this to me? The menu has little variety of choice and is fine if you choose to focus on a few fresh but good products. However the dishes were nothing special. The condiments are sparse. I tasted a seafood dish that tasted like white pasta with oil and a land dish with pistachio pesto and bacon where the bacon didn't exist, it was so little and finely crumbled that only the pesto with a bitter note could be tasted. The only particularly good vegetables are the scapicia courgettes, the fried ones are normal. Please take a step back and stop revisiting. Go back to the origins. The place is nice, evening with excellent jazz music... the food was missing.

10/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I have always grown up with takeaway chicken from Pio's, but I feel like saying a few words because it deserves it!! Let's start with the fact that it is a place where chicken can be enjoyed in all ways, on the spit, crackled, in hamburgers, in omelettes, in short, it satisfies everyone. The recently renovated room is pleasant, not very large and therefore quiet. The fact that it also offers takeaway means you don't have to wait long to sit down for dinner. But what pushes me to have to write a review is the attention to detail, the dedication and passion for one's business makes everything unique, the owner, I presume, attentive and precise, the waiters all kind and courteous but above all the CHICKEN succulent and not at all heavy. In short, it's worth a try 😋

11/08/2024: Excellent bar and appetizer where you can also have a quick and succulent meal, located in a quiet place with the possibility of sitting at the table even outdoors with impeccable and fast service, competent and friendly staff.

03/08/2024: The owner was welcoming, kind and friendly. The place located in front of the beautiful Piazza Gloriosi is clean and charming! It is also possible to have a simple and tasty meal at affordable prices.

21/08/2024: Location fantastica e tavolo in prima fila…in terrazza come da me richiesto cortesemente avendo però prenotsndo un mese prima sono stata accontentata in quanto avevo degli ospiti a cena Tutto ottimo soprattutto il crudo L unico appunto è la frittura che doveva essere molto piu “ bionda” invece era scura segno che l olio non era stato cambiato.., l Accoglienza deve migliorare ( considerando il livello del ristorante) perché non è stata proprio eccezionale anche se dopo sono stati molto cortesi
