Unparalleled comfort. Never visited and found such a welcoming structure surrounded by a large olive grove whose extra virgin olive oil has a delicious flavor and aftertaste. Must try immediately. We will return as soon as the covid19 regulations allow it.

26/05/2025: We celebrated my son's communion in this Hotel and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the first moment, we were welcomed with great courtesy and professionalism. The environment is well-kept, elegant and surrounded by nature, perfect for a special event. The staff was kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was impeccable. The food was simply delicious! Every dish from appetizer to dessert, was prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The organization of the event was perfect. The children had a lot of fun. Thanks to all the staff for making this day so special. We highly recommend this Hotel for any important event but also to spend a relaxing day. 31/05/2025: Delusione. Il crudo a 100€ (per 2 persone) consiste (in totale) in 2 ostriche , 2 scampi, 10 pezzi di sashimi, battuta di gamberi, qualche invisibile anello di calamaro. Pasta alla colatura o aglio e olio: porzioni scarsissime e galleggianti nell’olio.

24/05/2025: Tutto fumo e niente arrosto. Cibo scarso e carissimo. Gli spaghetti erano pochi e crudi , le acciughe 6 filetti piccolissimi x 10 euro , il pesce Pezzonia 90 euro al Kg era insapore , bollito , servito senza nulla di guarnizione . Però ci hanno ragalato 2 limoni 😂

16/02/2025: LOCATION: 9 MENÙ: 9 SERVIZIO: 9,5 SOMMELIER: 9,5 ABBINAMENTI PROPOSTI: 8 PREZZO: 8 CHEF: 9 ACCOGLIENZA: 8 DOLCI: 8,5 Abbiamo preso 2 menù degustazione da 10 portate, costo 110€ l’uno. Rapporto portate / prezzo eccellente. Abbiamo poi scelto l’opzione abbinamenti cibo / vini: 6 calici a persona per un costo di 65€ a persona. Gli antipasti, sono stati molto creativi ed innovativi, e propongono sapori nuovi. Voto personale: 7,5. I primi li voglio distinguere: lo spaghetto allo zafferano, buono, da 7,5. La pappardella al cinghiale invece è semplicemente CELESTIALE!!! Voto 9,5. I secondi sono assaggini. Molto ricercato l’impiattamento e gli abbinamenti nel piatto. Da prendere come degustazione, quindi con una serie di piatti, vanno bene. Voto 7,5. I dolci. Anche qui devo fare una menzione speciale. Prima portata un dolce al cucchiaio (si veda foto) composto da cannella, mandorla e limone. Per me STRAORDINARIO. Forse il più buono che abbia mai mangiato. Voto 10. La seconda portata è una brioche calda con assaggini di zabaglione, marmellata di amarena, gelato alla vaniglia, 2 cioccolatini alla liquirizia. Molto molto buono. Voto 9. Una menzione speciale la merita anche il Sommelier, Salvatore. Un ragazzo preparatissimo, garbato, intelligente nel capire la tipologia di cliente che ha davanti, e che ci ha proposto 6 vini che non conoscevamo e che sono stati un’esperienza entusiasmante. Per terminare abbiamo gradito che lo Chef, Cristian, a fine servizio sia passato a salutare tutti i tavoli e si è intrattenuto con ciascuno per chiedere le impressioni dei Clienti. Questo dovrebbe essere lo spirito di chi ha scelto questo lavoro. Tornerò volentieri.

02/02/2025: We went today for lunch and it was an amazing experience. The place is surrounded by greenery, family-run, with truly genuine and local products. We had a very varied and super abundant starter, 5 different first courses - ravioli with porcini mushrooms, woodsy bark, paccheri larded with porcini mushrooms and speck, gnocchi pan-fried, ravioli with walnuts, speck and scamorza - 3 second courses - escalope with porcini mushrooms, sliced ​​porcini mushrooms and flakes and above all fried fish truly never eaten even in seaside restaurants. All more than abundant and cooked in an excellent manner, with simple and homemade flavours. The most beautiful thing is that it really feels like having lunch at home, with the family, in the most absolute peace of the location in which main room there is a beautiful fireplace where you can relax. What to add? A magnificent place that deserves to be visited! The outdoor area is very large, there is a large gazebo set up for the summer and an area for private parties where you can find coolness on sultry summer evenings. A big thank you to the attentive owners Amedeo and Annamaria to every slightest need, ready to satisfy every desire, in short, great professionals!! Ps last note, the prices are really reasonable and sustainable for anyone, we were incredulous at how much we paid, we expected a lot more more.This is the sign of honest, respectful and serious people in carrying out their work!! If I could I would give 10 with honors!!
