10/10/2025: On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, a bright, full-moon evening, we were guests at the Ristorante "baglio." For starters, we enjoyed a freshly caught scampi tartare on crisp, aromatic leaf salad and a portion of flavorful eggplant cubes with tomatoes and Parmesan. For the main course, we had freshly caught lobster with tagliatelle, and for dessert, we chose a lemon cake drenched in fine limoncello. Everything was masterfully and tastefully prepared by Serena in the kitchen and served by her husband, a competent and caring host. All this in the unique ambiance of the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.

09/10/2025: Given that I love the Amalfi Coast and its good restaurants, this restaurant is truly excellent. The best lobster linguine on the Amalfi Coast. Wonderful evening.

17/10/2025: This was by far the best dinner we had in our entire 10 days of traveling through Italy. The service was top notch and the food was incredible. Everything was well presented and delicious. Not to mention the beautiful view of the Amalfi coast. It’s a hidden gem nestled among the cliffs. Give this place some Michelin stars! They absolutely deserve them!

07/10/2025: I’ve eaten at many restaurants, but this experience was truly unique. The chef — and I mean the chef — did absolutely everything. He took our order, cooked the meal, served it with a smile, and even checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Watching one person handle an entire restaurant with such grace and passion was inspiring. You could tell he put his heart into every detail, from the seasoning of the food to the way the plate was presented. The food itself? Absolutely delicious — full of flavor and clearly made with love. The service was personal and genuine, because, well… it was personal! We had Gamberetti Sale e Pepe, Ravioli Caprese, Spaghetti Vongole, Spaghetti Puttanesca, Swordfish and Tiramisu. It might take a bit longer than usual since it’s a one-man operation, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. You’re not just eating out — you’re witnessing dedication in action. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates craftsmanship, authenticity, and a touch of human magic in their dining experience.

18/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant as a couple. It's a beautiful location overlooking Positano. We ate divinely. The dinner was enlivened and enlivened with music by the delightful Antonio, an added bonus to this already beautiful location.

13/10/2025: This is hands down the best restaurant we went to in Praiano, Capri, or Amalfi. We had a 6:15 reservation to watch the 6:30 pm sunset, which was incredible. The owners Antonio and Rafaelle are very lively and hospitable. Appetizers: We got the caprese, which came with 3 cheeses, and octopus, which was the most tender we’ve ever had and not chewy. Pasta: We got the tuna and pistachio pasta, fish cannelloni, and ricotta and zucchini ravioli. All were amazing, but you *absolutely* must get the tuna and pistachio pasta. Meats: Italian steak, lamb, prawns, and sea bass fillet - all really amazing, but highly recommend the lamb. Dessert: We got their homemade tiramisu and the pistachio pie. Amazing tiramisu. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone. It’s a must visit when in Praiano. Everything is well done and the atmosphere was classic Italian.

13/10/2025: Hello, beautiful, quiet and very welcoming place. I met the owners, humble and generous people. The food is exquisite, from the starters to the first and second courses, all good, the prices are fantastic. I have been to restaurants but there is no one like this one that is truly top-notch. 12/09/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant because a friend on the beach told me about it. I was greeted with a big smile, and that's already a great start... but I didn't imagine what I discovered. A real surprise: excellent food, expertly prepared using top-quality ingredients. The service was attentive and courteous, even thoughtful, I'd say. Kindness reigns supreme... something not always a given when dining out. Result: in the month of August alone, I returned five times... bringing other friends who thanked me for the pleasant experience. Yes, because dinner on the terrace of Osteria dei Compari... is first and foremost an experience... a way to leave stress and chaos behind and reclaim a sense of well-being that belongs to a bygone era... eating good food and spending time with others. 06/10/2025: Amazing restaurant with a great food. We tried several pizzas, salads, ravioli, pastas. Everything was good. Also, they are allergy friendly. My sister has allergy to sesame and nuts and she could eat all the dishes.

03/10/2025: This is the first place we visited upon arriving to the coast. The food was good, but the service was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. They answered all of our questions. The chef came out to greet us and chat with us at the end of our meal. We felt so special and I would definitely return if ever on the coast again.

12/10/2025: We stayed at a hotel near this restaurant for a hiking holiday. We stumbled upon it by chance during our first walk. It looked cozy inside, and the menu appealed to us. Back at the hotel, we immediately made a reservation for the evening. We were lucky, because both the terrace and the restaurant were completely full that evening. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and were able to choose our own table, as we were the first guests. Wow, what a fantastic meal we had that evening. From antipasti, primi, and dolce. Everything was excellent! And the limoncello made it very enjoyable. This delicious experience immediately led us to make a reservation for the next day. We had a primi, secondi, and dolce. And since this was also so fantastic, we made another reservation for the following day 🙈🙈. We'll be eating at this restaurant again tomorrow. We're already looking forward to it. 12/07/2025: We had dinner two weeks ago, something incredible away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, a magical setting with music in the background and only the view, super welcoming staff, I ate a series of spectacular appetizers, fair prices.

17/10/2025: We spent a few days in Cilento and visited the Antica Giara dairy. We had lunch there twice. Maria, the owner, welcomed us and let us taste her farm's products: buffalo cheeses, desserts, and exquisite, high-quality pasta dishes made with the freshest ingredients. It was a wonderful experience. We're taking home a box of these products.

19/10/2025: “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” A simply sublime experience. The chef's touch is immediately evident from the initial appetizers: crisp flavors, perfect balance, and no flaws. The octopus with bean and escarole soup is an embrace of sea and land, tender and flavorful to perfection. The ash-baked potato with shrimp and porcini mushrooms is pure harmony—gourmet comfort food. The cod with pumpkin mousse is poetry, and the tagliolini with cacio e pepe and red shrimp are a revelation. The tuna, brown stock, and Genovese sauce finish masterfully: intense yet elegant. Impeccable service, irresistible artisanal bread and breadsticks. A journey of flavors that excites from start to finish. I will definitely be back.

18/10/2025: I had dinner there with my partner. We opted for the six-course tasting menu featuring raw fish and a delicious final touch. The food was truly delicious, cooked to perfection; the fresh fish was brought out to perfection thanks to the perfect pairings. Excellent service; the waiters were friendly and precise in their explanations of the dishes. An experience to be repeated.
