20/10/2025: A pleasantly dated place where I've stopped on several occasions. To quote chef Bruno Barbieri, the food served is "greasy, just the way I like it" (referring to the pizza). The staff is friendly and helpful.

20/09/2025: With friends, we had spaghetti with seafood and pasta with potatoes and provola. The cooking was a bit slow. Everything was good, but the pasta was a little low in salt, as was the spaghetti with seafood...with a little too much oil. The ice cream was excellent.

12/09/2025: August 19, 2025, Tuesday. I want to clarify that it was Tuesday: this is because, of the many restaurants, pizzerias, and trattorias in the area, NOT ONE WAS OPEN. So I ended up eating here by chance: and, as I told the owners in person, I was lucky. I didn't pay attention to whether a person with a mobility disability can use the restrooms independently. I liked everything: I occupied a cool room inside alone, and I liked what I ate. Paccheri with octopus, squid, and tuna €18. Fried anchovies (and what anchovies, some looked more like sardines) €10. A small bottle of water, a medium beer, a coffee, and a cover charge: total €37.50. The fish all seemed fresh to me: while I was eating, I also saw five bags of clams arriving, so I guess there's plenty of fresh fish. They also gave me two lemon wipes, which you have to ask for in some restaurants. If you choose to visit the Baia Thermal Baths on a Tuesday, I recommend it: it's just a stone's throw from the Temple of Diana, on the way to the Temple of Venus.

09/11/2025: I waited 50 minutes for one Margherita pizza, and got a burnt one. It might seem charred, but the taste was bitter so that I couldn't eat.

19/10/2025: Too little service, they didn't have an overview of what we ordered. Had to wait 45 minutes for dish number 2. Unfortunately, cannot be recommended.

20/09/2025: A cult pizzeria in Forio d'Ischia, along the pedestrian promenade, with a more indoor than outdoor location. Excellent food, sophisticated pizza, and a great selection of traditional Neapolitan fried foods. A place to go with the assurance of being treated well and eating equally well. Prices are reasonable.

10/09/2025: Delicious pizza, light dough. Neapolitan, to be clear!!! Friendly staff. Great place if you want to grab a takeout pizza and go, or eat it outside, as there are tables available at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

02/11/2025: A breathtaking view that's well worth the trip, simple cuisine, good ingredients, and attentive service—perfect for a peaceful escape from the Neapolitan cacophony. A few minor details could be improved: some glassware had a few limescale stains, and the background music from the dining room disturbed the overall tranquility, but everything else was excellent. I highly recommend it, especially for couples.

30/10/2025: A wonderful spot high above the rooftops of Naples. The terrace is breathtaking – at any time of day: enjoying breakfast in the golden morning light, an aperitivo in the evening glow, or dessert under the stars. The view of the city, the sea, and Mount Vesuvius is unforgettable. The food is superb – delicately composed, yet with genuine Neapolitan heart. You can taste the attention to detail, the freshness of the ingredients, and the passion in the kitchen. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly enjoys their work. A special thank you to Chef Vincenzo Stingone and the entire service team, including Francesco Paparo, Antonio Benvenuti, and Salvatore Marano – this photo reminds me of a moment filled with warmth, flavor, and joie de vivre. I will definitely be back. A place you'll want to return to – La Terrazza dei Barbanti is pure Neapolitan hospitality with a view.

03/11/2025: While strolling around, feeling a bit peckish, we stumbled upon it and chose it by chance, drawn by the name and the tables in the square. Excellent selection, delicious pasta with provola and potatoes. Fast and courteous service. Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: Very dirty pizzeria. We ate outside because the inside dining area is tiny, so you practically eat amidst traffic. The pizzas are very heavy and poorly cooked.

18/09/2025: I've personally met both Vincenzo and his wife, and they're wonderful people, just like their desserts. I tasted an amazing millefeuille. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the cream was magnificent, and you can tell they do their job with love and passion. I'll gladly return because, in addition to their skill, they're wonderful and kind people. I highly recommend you try their specialties. See you soon.

19/11/2025: I visited this pastry shop with three other friends during a five-day mini-vacation in Naples. Highly recommended breakfast, fresh pastries, good coffee, friendly, professional, and above all very kind baristas—truly good people, including the gentleman at the cashier. If we were to return to Naples, this would be the first place we'd go. Thank you so much for everything.

09/11/2025: I tried the Neapolitan "baba" with rum here. It wasn't my cup of tea, but I could tell that all the baked goods in the place were good and fresh.

15/11/2025: The experience at Molpè was excellent! Good quality food, courteous and attentive service. The location retains the ceremonial style of years gone by and offers an exceptional view of the Phlegraean Fields. Fresh fish, delicious first courses accompanied by excellent local wines. The desserts were delicious, many of which were homemade. Recommended!

03/11/2025: I had dinner this evening and I can say with certainty that I will never set foot in this restaurant again. Even though we were the only table (at 11 PM), the wait was interminable. I ordered a rare steak steak: it arrived cold. I pointed this out to the waiter, they took it back and gave it back to me overcooked. I pointed it out again and they remade it for me... the result? Still inedible. The menu listed arugula and cherry tomatoes as a side dish. Not on the plate. When I asked, the enlightening response was: "Oh, but did you want those?" Embarrassing service and truly disappointing food quality. The same opinion was shared by all the other diners. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

10/11/2025: Excellent service, friendly and quick. However, I'd like to know from the owner whether the price of the sea urchins as charged on the receipt was correct... or if it was a casual oversight, which unfortunately I didn't notice right away.

02/11/2025: Kudos to Giuseppe, a brilliant waiter, on point, always ready to accommodate the customer's needs (he even gave me a kiss, in addition to offering me a spritz!!!) Otherwise... everything was fine, but the food for the aperitif could be a bit more expensive. Hi Giuseppe... a kiss.
