09/08/2024: I ordered a takeaway crêpes with kinder bueno bianco which tastes like water, has no flavour. From the photos on Instagram everything seems spectacular but pitiful. Raw and what's more the Kinder cream is rinsed, with all the honesty in the world nothing is given for free so the service should be delivered properly and 70 thousand followers on Instagram not at all deserved because expectations are high but the result is really low.

14/01/2024: On January 4th, after many years we went to eat pizza at Ciro's in Casoria. His fried pizza is always as good as in the old days, only the potato croquettes left a little to be desired. For the rest all is well. We will definitely be back. Too bad I didn't have my phone with me otherwise in addition to the fried pizza my daughter sent me I would have also photographed the other pizzas. The place has been renovated and is nicer. The very kind staff.

26/05/2024: Harassed by the woman here when we chose another bar for a drink. Harassed again as we left the area with the woman using foul language (in English). Why anyone would go here to eat or drink is a mystery!

25/05/2024: Next level rudeness and thievery, from the hatchet faced old harridans that run this excuse for a restaurant. We had just arrived in Sorrento after a very early flight, this place was close to our hotel for lunch. One of the sisters sits on a stool outside with a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp, accosting and haranguing passing tourists to come into her rundown excuse for a restaurant. We had a pizza and were told they only take cash ( they can take card payments, they just don't want to.) The next evening we were waiting for the shuttle bus into town and I decided to have a beer whilst waiting, she brought my beer, my wife wanted a small sparkling water, she brought her a litre bottle which we sent back and asked for tap water instead. She brought the tap water then proceeded to berate us for not ordering food. Clearly eating there the previous day hadn't bought us enough credit to enjoy a beer in peace. I downed my beer and went to pay, my beer was 6 euros and the bill was 10 euro, she had charged my wife 4 euro for a small glass of tap water! Avoid this place like the plague!

08/06/2024: The only factor that mistakenly led me to continue ordering from this pizzeria for a year is the objectively good quality of the pizza. For the rest I have always had BAD experiences due to the service. Every week if I called gloovo I ALWAYS received the wrong pizzas while nearby I ALWAYS waited at least an hour. Zero humility and friendliness because despite this the personnel do not get upset in the slightest and everything always continues in the same way. I'm sorry that due to the excessive greed of the managers, the pizza chefs find themselves overwhelmed with clearly unmanageable quantities of orders. Never again .

19/05/2024: It's making a rapid descent in both quality and burnt pizzas

19/07/2024: They prepared a table for us outside under the sun with 35° in the shade, water and beer at room temperature, poor quality pizzas, arrogant and rude staff, and last but not least, a bill with prices totally different from those displayed and written on the menu........ It looked like an episode of "Nightmare Kitchens"

16/07/2024: Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the place. The location itself doesn't have any major problems, but we found ourselves waiting an hour and a quarter, despite the place being practically empty, for two mediocre plates of spaghetti with clams. We were advised to break our hunger while we waited with some bruschetta and we were given two tomato bruschettas and two measly mozzarella balls, paid a total of 9 euros. At the time of the bill we were told that the POS wasn't working and we had to pay in cash, without noticing that we were also made to pay for 1L of wine instead of the vehicle we had taken. I'm sorry but a terrible experience, a great shame given that in terms of location it is very convenient

13/07/2024: Il personale è incredibilmente scorbutico, soprattutto la ragazza. Ci fanno accomodare e, nemmeno il tempo di aprire il menu, questa ragazza ci dice che dobbiamo aspettare 40 minuti per una Margherita al prezzo di 17 € più il 10% di servizio. È una situazione assurda. Ero disposto a pagare i 17 € per una semplice Margherita, ma aspettare 40 minuti è pura follia. Quando ho provato a spiegare il problema alla cameriera e, presumo, al proprietario, ci hanno risposto in modo arrogante, dicendoci semplicemente di andarcene. È stata un'esperienza vergognosa e inaccettabile! Non riesco a credere che un ristorante tratti così i propri clienti. Non andate in questa specie di ristorante, è una presa in giro totale!

08/07/2024: Pizza buona, ma non da giustificare prezzi così alti. Pizze che oscillano tra i 17 e i 25 euro. Location sicuramente bella, va bene alzare anche un po' il prezzo rispetto ad altri locali, ma come è giustificabile che costino il doppio rispetto ad altre pizzerie della zona? Ripeto pizza buona, ma così se ne trovano tante. Gli ingredienti mi sono sembrati buoni, ma niente di indimenticabile. Quindi il prezzo non capisco come possa essere così elevato.

19/08/2024: The worst place you can choose for breakfast, rude and selective with customer service. If you feel like it, you will be served at the table and if not, you must go and order inside. Furthermore, for being seated they charged us an additional €2 (because they felt like it since the other tables that were there at the same time as us were not). The waiter Andrea is rude and not prepared to deal with customers. Also the place is very dirty.

18/08/2024: highly unpleasant, listless service, if I could have given less than 1 star to the service I would have done so!

06/07/2024: Unfortunately I am forced to give a negative review. Delivery took place well after the expected time. Low quality pizzas considering they were all margheritas. The frying was completely thrown away. Both the color and the flavor were not at all appealing.

16/08/2024: Horrible customer service and overcharged for a meal for two. A really sketchy enterprise in general.

15/08/2024: Waited over an hour before I finally received my food. Water glasses were dirty and food was bland. Order was wrong multiple times and had stray mussels in my spaghetti with tomato sauce.

07/07/2024: Unfortunately a rating of zero is not possible. I have never seen an uglier place than this, starting from the structure, service and food. A shocking experience!!! We had booked a table at 9pm and the starters started coming out at 10.50pm, after numerous complaints on our part. Pizzas arrived raw or burnt, a disaster that not even the pigs would have eaten. Dirty and smelly place, the bathrooms at the stations are 5 star in comparison. Shame! Not to mention the piano bar which massacred us the entire time both in terms of volume and repertoire. I really can't understand how anyone can manage a place like this!!! I highly recommend closing!!!!!!

01/05/2024: Poor food, very poor service and no choice

05/07/2024: We ordered a drink and when we said we only wanted a drink, the waiter grinned, they didn't bring us a glass of wine or a glass of beer. So we had the same glass for wine, beer and water that was already on the table and we didn't get any refreshments with the beer, as is common in Italy.

23/05/2024: Excellent pizzeria to eat before going to the excavations, I had lunch with my American girlfriend and she fully appreciated both the pizza and the excellent service with waiters who were very intuitive about our needs. Very affordable prices.
