30/08/2024: What a bunch of incompetent people. All staff are absolutely rude and not good at their job. Food arrived at the table over an hour after the moment we ordered. The owner wouldn’t shut up the whole evening and he was the most annoying person in the whole freaking Napoli. Whether you’re a foreigner or Italian (I’m Italian) DO NOT GO!

24/08/2024: We definitely won't be going back! Calling it pizza is sacrilege! My son had ordered a sausage and broccoli and we sent it back because it was inedible, the broccoli was still frozen, unseasoned and stewed. The other pizzas were raw. For the rest everything was fine, the drinks were good and the staff and owner were very nice!

23/08/2024: Someone in our group was sick due to legs that were not very fresh (and could have been reheated in the microwave). Dry paws The service was good.

21/08/2024: I was just yesterday in this dump with my husband in the room that should have air conditioning but doesn't. We witnessed the pitiful scene of a microbe, a homunculus, a poor man (certainly violent with his hen wife), verbally and physically attacking two young girls who had only asked the woman to move her chair a little. The staff did nothing, not even sending the two subjects away, who also threatened the two girls. As a Neapolitan, I am ashamed of those people and this place.

30/07/2024: Disappointing, for a number of reasons. The food was not the quality that we are used to in Naples. Bland salad, the pasta genovese seemed like it had been sat around a while, and was lacking in meat. Pizza was ok, but again, not what you would expect in Napoli. Most disappointing was what appeared to be poor treatment of staff and being rushed at the end to pay and leave after 45 mins, before finishing our drinks. We were not told that we would need to rush, no closing time was shared. Would not return. No one seemed to care if we enjoyed the food or not, much more important was that we hurried up.

30/07/2024: Accueil désagréable pour les touristes, le serveur etait limite agressif. La prise de commande a été oppressante, l'apéritif à été servi à la va vite ! En ce qui concerne les plats, ils étaient bons mais les quantités étaient ridicules, et de plus cela venait du restaurant d'à côté. On aurait pu trouver ce coin charmant et sympathique avec les musiciens de rue, mais le manque d'enthousiasme du serveur à plombé l'ambiance.

14/06/2024: Ottimo locale per trascorrere una serata informale in buona compagnia! Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile. Bevande di ottima qualità e aperitivo altrettanto! Vivamente consigliato. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

13/06/2024: Cordialità, eccellenza dei prodotti e professionalità assoluta rendono questo posto un porto sicuro per sorseggiare un buon drink e fare un ottimo aperitivo.

18/08/2024: The worst ice cream I've ever eaten. Worse than the worst packaged ice cream from the worst discount store. And dear too, Dirty place Semi-melted ice creams in the fridge tubs, looking at them they looked like they had been vomited up, stored in a mess. Horrible taste.

10/08/2024: Esperienza molto piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pranzo squisito, ci hanno anche offerto dei dolcetti tipici. I prezzi sono un po’ alti, come del resto in tutta l’isola di Capri, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Lettino con ombrellone e pranzo 125 euro a persona. Lo consiglio viva mente!

09/08/2024: Polpo e calamari di una bontà unica, personale gentilissimo ed un'esperienza unica durante l'arco dell'intera giornata. Consigliatissimo.

13/07/2024: This hotel is awful. The staff are impolite, not present when needed, cleaning staff is practically non-existent when you need them. Money and food was stolen and/or misplaced and sand was left across the rooms. Air conditioning and some mini fridges don’t work and some rooms don’t even have any. Walls are too thin, to the point of hearing voices through walls. Parties were held directly outside of windows, causing a ridiculous amount of noise up until midnights almost every night. Food was the most abhorrent part of the hotel, the meat was uncooked and most meals were microwaved, pizza was absolutely disgusting, it would be fantastic advice NOT TO EAT ANY MEAT. Many of my fellow guests received stomach sickness because of the uncooked meat. I would not recommend coming to this hotel.

08/06/2024: Hotel was pretty good! The staff & management was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel. And the best thing was the view from the room

28/06/2024: Pizza was a soggy mess and no flavour other than the char on the base. Picture shows the soggy mess and the menu. Choice from three pizzas. The fourth is a 50/50 of the first two

15/06/2024: Absolutely does not live up to the hype and not worth the wait. We stood in line for 2 hours to get a soupy pizza that truly lacked flavor. Definitely go somewhere else

30/07/2024: Everything in this hotel is shabby, got stuck in the lift, breakfast is below average Most things are broken in some way. Shower barely worked. Worth about 35£ a night

24/06/2024: How is it possible that this exercise has 4 stars? The stars must correspond to adequate services. Dirty rooms, sloppy environment, old sheets and towels. Breakfast is an unknown concept

06/08/2024: Absolutely TERRIBLE! This is how we were greeted by being called terrible because we did not accept a stranger to join us on the table! The servant kept calling us TERRIBLE PEOPLE! Absolutely disgusting, food is below zero! Avoid this place at all cost! Worst experience so far on our trip in Italy

04/08/2024: Outrageous prices, rude staff, shame! A bottled tea for 4 euros not even in Milan, when you pay by card they are obviously not enthusiastic

14/08/2024: The waitress was friendly and spoke English quite well, however we ordered by showing her the photos that are on the menu... If you are in a hurry, wait around 30 minutes for a board and “fries” Results it was not what we ordered. A board of charcuterie and cheese for one person which was doubled (photo attached the first is what we wanted and the second what we had)... And fries which was the frying mix. The atmosphere was okay but in the middle of the meal the waitress played really loud music which ruined the atmosphere.... I don't recommend it.

06/08/2024: I went with a couple of friends to "try" to have a drink and relax a bit but as soon as we asked if we could sit outside we were dismissed hastily and without motivation. And nothing, we went elsewhere

27/06/2024: Ero già stata in questo locale e avevo apprezzato la qualità della carne, ma stavolta è stata una delusione: carne non di alta qualità e richieste sulla cottura ignorate dal personale. Peccato

21/06/2024: Siamo venuti in tre. Il posto è semplice ma accogliente ed il personale gentile, anche se i tempi di attesa sono piuttosto lunghi. Porzioni un po' parsimoniose ma cibo di qualità discreta. Di senza glutine c'è poco, credo solo la birra. Fin qui, tutto più o meno nella norma. Il voto così basso è per il prezzo: la cena mi è stata offerta quindi non ho ritenuto opportuno indagare, ma il menù l'ho guardato e non capisco come il conto possa essere stato così elevato per una birretta e un hamburger a testa, sforando veramente di parecchio ciò che mi attendevo. Onestamente non capisco, in ogni caso - per questi costi - consiglio di andare in una vera e propria steakhouse.

21/12/2023: Patatine e mozzarelline molto buone. Solo che il menù è fatto necessariamente di patatine e non puoi metterci altro. Panini non troppo maneggevoli da mangiare. Non prendete il crisby perché il pollo è nervosissimo e rimane tutto tra i denti, oltre che un po’ stopposo. Materie prime molto buone e grande varietà.
