29/08/2024: So schlechte Spaghetti vongole habe ich noch nie gesehen , weil gegessen haben wir sie nicht , nur probiert !! Wir haben bezahlt und sind gegangen ! Der Koch wollte mit uns diskutieren und wir sind leider meine Frau und ich leidenschaftlich Köche !! Und da gab nichts zu diskutieren die Bilder sprechen für sich ! Nie wieder ! Der Koch war total dreckig aber nicht von der Arbeit !
23/08/2024: Salve, siamo andati a mangiare in questo ristorante .
Prima cosa il prezzo non è uguale , fuori mettono un altro prezzo , poi loro portano il meno con un prezzo più avanzato.
Seconda cosa, ho mangiato il petto di pollo alla brace era scaduto , appena abbiamo chiamato il titolare lui era scioccato se ne andato e non è tornato , e tornato un altro.
Poi ho mangiato la scaloppina al limone e faceva tutto schifo c’era tutto grasso loro hanno messo una salsa sopra così non si vede che c’è tutto grasso. Veramente orribile. Attenzione a tutti quando mangiate qua , fatevi fare lo scontrino. Grazie a tutti

16/07/2024: Camerieri molto sgarbati e con nessuna educazione.
Ho cenato con il mio compagno inglese ed altri amici provenienti da altri paesi credendo di fare bella figura e, purtroppo, ho riscontrato nei camerieri approssimazione, nemmeno in grado di dire una parola in inglese, maleducazione e sgarbo. Quasi ci hanno buttato il menù.... Peccato ma non ci ritornerò

23/08/2024: Durante la nostra vacanza a Napoli siamo stati sia fuori che all’interno
Il servizio non è attento (hanno portato prima da mangiare e poi da bere)
Le pietanze non sono curate (abbiamo mangiato un club sandwich secco e una parigina senza condimento)
I bagni sono I DECENTI e invito i NAS a farci una visita (abbiamo trovato toilette più curate e pulite dentro Spacca Napoli)
La fama non deve bastare

22/08/2024: Tutto ottimo, camerieri eccellenti, servizio eccellente (se non un po’ lento). Il loro Gambrinus è davvero eccezionale. Luogo molto costoso ma almeno una volta nella vita bisogna provarlo.

09/08/2024: I went here on a Tuesday evening with my parents. There were several tables occupied, including many diners, but despite this they were served in times that we consider correct.
Three half panuozzi, a large glass of Coca-Cola and a large beer, cover charge for three people, total €35, a price which we thought was more than fair.
The panuozzi are excellent, well filled and large enough to satisfy an adult, just half of them.
The very kind staff, from the valet to the waiters, all available and always with a smile on their faces.

16/08/2024: Siamo stati la prima volta circa un mese fa per un compleanno ma già il servizio fu deludente.
Siamo ritornati in famiglia a fare un' aperitivo per avere la certezza che era una delusione.
E infatti la conferma è giunta senza farsi attendere.
Ci accomodiamo e senza problemi ci fanno scegliere il tavolo.
La cameriera ci invita a vedere il menù per i drink, ma per qualcosa da mangiare ci elenca le cose a voce ( e qui casca l' asino).
Infastidito lascio correre e non chiedo i prezzi ( mio errore madornale).
Ordiniamo 2 taglieri e oltre a 2 Tassoni nel menù a 6 euro prendiamo 2 Aperol spritz io e mia moglie non a menù (e i prezzi improvvisati).
Un furto senza pistola
State alla larga il panorama si può anche vedere poco più giù.
Servizio si conferma poco attento.
Allego scontrino.

31/08/2024: Ordered via just eat which brought a delivery of max. 45min, it arrived about 2h 30min from placing the order. The sandwich shop apologized several times on the phone, the problem was the Napoli match on Saturday evening. As for the food, I would say it was good although I was expecting a more substantial ragù for the meatballs from the sandwich. Price more than honest.
10/08/2024: Phenomenal food, fast, cheap, and delicious! Consider giving a stop on your walk through Napoli!

16/05/2024: In a nice place, but the food is catastrophic in terms of price-performance ratio. He bought the ingredients for the burger from next door. The burger consists of a bread, party and a piece of cheese. Drinks are extremely overpriced.
02/05/2024: Probably the most expensive espresso in Naples... 4 euros in a second-rate bar away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. I feel cheated.

28/06/2024: I tasted the pizza made by Alessandro and I must say that I was impressed by the excellent quality of the dough and the cooking done to perfection, when there are pizza chefs of high caliber and depth it is immediately noticeable.
So 5 stars for the Amabile pizzeria in the business center.
25/05/2024: Grumpy, rude owner, rude to elderly people. I went to eat with my mother. The owner kicked us out because he had to leave. I'm surprised it's still open

08/08/2024: I ordered at home I paid 20 euros for a half eaten sandwich I'm ashamed to publish the photos (among other things not mine) and chips always eaten not mine all for the modest sum of €20 I call and their answer is that on the days The next ones will bring me the right sandwich, what a shame.

A place that never closes, a lighthouse in the night.
Wonderful staff, top products. Try the round pizza and the puff pastry croissant. I've been going back for twenty years and I'm always satisfied.

09/07/2024: We visited here for dinner on a couple of occasions during our 7 night stay in Sorrento, and each meal was exceptional. Pizza, lasagne, fillet steak, etc all very well presented and absolutely delicious. I'm at a loss to explain some of the other low scores as this was definitely not our experience. In fact the meals we had here were some of the best we had whilst in Sorrento. Thoroughly recommended.
07/07/2024: Visited today to have a couple of glasses of wine and get out of the sun for an hour.
Not happy we were not eating at 16.00 but happy to take order for drinks and then charged 10 euros extra for tip without asking.
Talk about covert charging!

11/06/2024: Siamo stati ieri 12/6/24 per una festa di fine anno scolastico abbiamo fatto una pessima figura con le maestre a partire dall antipasto che non aveva sapore il primo con zucchine e pancetta arrivato con più capelli all interno è una volta avvisati ci hanno risposto che il cuoco è pelato 😂 la carne si poteva lanciare e tornava indietro era una pietra dura fredda e anch essa con capelli ! Pessima esperienza scappate di corsa da posti come questo ! Alla fine dopo averli pagati profumatamente ci hanno calcolato anche i 10 euro dei 10 caffè presi ! Senza parole ! sicuramente racconteremo a tutti di questa esperienza perché purtroppo queste realtà devono capire che non ci si comporta così !

10/04/2024: Per quanto riguarda la bontà del dolce non si può aprire bocca. Ma per quanto riguarda il servizio davvero PESSIMO e sopratutto POCO professionali.
Il mio bimbo ha compiuto 1 anno e ho deciso di commissionare la torta a loro, mi sono ritrovata con due torte di un gusto NON richiesto. Ho chiamato per reclamare le torte, hanno visionato l’ordine che avevo fatto , ed effettivamente si sono resi conto di aver sbagliato la comanda. Ho fatto anche presente che le torte sono state buttate entrambe, perché all’interno conteneva del rum ed erano a limone, cosa che alcuni invitati erano allergici e ai bimbi non piaceva. Mi era stato detto che sarei stata richiamata da chi se ne occupa, la festa è stata svolta il giorno 3 Aprile, oggi 9 Aprile non ho ricevuto mai nessuna telefonata.
Mi dispiace, ma purtroppo, per la loro poco professionalità non ritornerò mai più.
