28/05/2025: An experience far from expectations, especially on the human front. The location is undoubtedly scenic, but unfortunately the view is not enough to guarantee a good experience when the general atmosphere is tense and unwelcoming. The management gives the impression of wanting to impress rather than welcome: a distant, cold attitude, with a certain air of superiority that clashes with the concept of hospitality. The dining room staff tries to maintain the level, but it is not easy to do so when there is no climate of collaboration and serenity behind the scenes. A special note goes to the service, where internal tensions are clearly perceived. In particular, one of the dining room managers (Carmela I thought her name was) appeared nervous and reactive towards her colleagues in front of customers, which created a palpable sense of unease. Ultimately, a structure that would have potential, but afflicted by an unsettled atmosphere and an approach to customers that makes you regret much simpler but more authentic experiences. A wasted opportunity.

03/07/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante e ho provato gli agnolotti: semplicemente spettacolari. La pasta fresca, il ripieno saporito e il condimento perfettamente bilanciato hanno reso il piatto indimenticabile. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità del menu.

02/07/2025: Un posto magico, una veduta spettacolare a due passi dal centro di Sorrento, una cena incredibile con prodotti di altissima qualità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

22/04/2025: Good pizza and touristy quarter.

25/03/2025: We had lunch here in Sept 2022. I’m mostly writing a review on behalf of my husband who ordered Pizza Caprese. I’m his words, “I have never had a pizza like this. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I cannot get that pizza out of my head. I would go back to Capris just for that Pizza.” Being used to seeing below average tourist spots in New York City, we were biased that this restaurant would have mediocre overprice tourist food. To our surprise, the food was amazing. I had risotto which was fantastic but the Pizza Caprese was the winner: fresh dough, mozzarella, and tomato. Simple Beauty.

13/07/2025: Ottima graffa e soprattutto staff veloce, cordiali durante le ordinazioni. La graffa è arrivata, dal momento della chiamata, in 10 minuti e soprattutto super calde.

07/07/2025: Il mio ordine non è arrivato e nessuno mi ha contattato.

15/07/2025: Locale carino con buon rapporto qualità prezzo e la possibilità di fare il karaoke è molto simpatica e ti aiuta a distrarsi e divertirsi.

11/07/2025: Locale storico ma da quando ha cambiato nome dopo moltissimi anni è peggiorato. Tempi di attesa tra ordinazione e cibo lunghissimi(abbiano aspettato circa 1ora e45). Alcune cose nel caso specifico una salsiccia al piatto, non arrivata , dopo aver sollecitato più volte, arriva un piatto con carne fredda. Altre portate invece mai arrivate. Musica altissima, anche se si sta nello spazio esterno sotto i porticati tanto da non poter parlare con il tuo vicino di posto. Anche il personale a difficoltà a sentire quello che dici. Camerieri confusi che non sanno che fine hanno fatto le portate, e spesso scortesi. Prezzi medio Alti. Sconsigliato.
