25/05/2025: Il locale è carino, ma purtroppo è carente su molti aspetti. Abbiamo pranzato in compagnia ma non abbiamo potuto scambiare una parola con gli altri commensali, perchè il locale era adibito praticamente a discoteca Karaoke, per un folto gruppo di bambini con genitori al seguito. Niente da dire sui bambini, ma se scelgo un ristorante mi piacerebbe mangiare e conversare a decibel accettabili, altrimenti me ne sarei andato a mangiare un panino in discoteca. Strutture di questo genere che vogliono avere anche l'animazione con tanto di casse acustiche a manetta, dovrebbero avere locali preposti o per lo meno non accettare altre prenotazioni di persone ignare. Ma la cosa più offensiva è stata la risposta del gestore, che invece di scusarsi ci ha risposto che il posto non era per noi. Questa risposta da sola, varrebbe la recensione. Per quanto al cibo, niente di particolare a dire il vero, ma in questo contesto era il male peggiore. Naturalmente, non mi sento di consigliare questo posto, per lo meno a chi ha intenzione di pranzare in un ambiente accogliente anche dal punto di vista sonoro.

25/05/2025: Beautiful and welcoming structure but not suitable for contemporary receptions due to the lack of separate spaces. Today's experience was truly negative both for the rude noise and for the inability of the managers to limit it in favor of the other guests; furthermore we also had to endure the same menu as the contemporary reception. Added to all this are the not very polite responses of the owner who instead of apologizing for the chaos, at the end greeted us by telling us that this "is not a place for us"

23/09/2025: This review does not concern the restaurant itself, but exclusively the owner's behavior in an external professional context, related to the automotive industry. Before the service was provided, a contract was signed between the parties, clearly stating the agreed-upon costs for the car rental investigation. On May 27, 2025, I issued the relevant invoice for €1,068.90 (including VAT), due June 3, 2025. Despite repeated reminders, payment was never made, and since then I have only received delays and delays. This unscrupulous behavior is something I believe should be publicly highlighted.

30/08/2025: Wonderful place, spectacular location, with its natural terrace overlooking the panorama, sandwiches and chips that exceed my wildest expectations, but the icing on the cake is the attention to gluten free, enough choice of sandwiches and drinks, mayo and ketchup strictly gluten free. What can I say, we have found the perfect place when we are in Scalea and we want to eat well.

28/10/2025: A carelessness... with a happy ending When requesting a room, I quickly realized I'd misbooked the date. Thanks to the hotel's helpfulness, the mix-up was quickly resolved without any consequences for me. Kudos to their professionalism.

26/10/2025: We chose to stay at this hotel by chance and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel has been recently renovated while maintaining a classic, high-quality style. The location is convenient, along with private parking. The welcome was warm, kind, and very professional. Special mention goes to the restaurant, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy an excellent dinner at short notice. The breakfast is generous and features genuine, locally sourced products. The wait staff is very attentive and courteous. We highly recommend this experience if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back again.

17/12/2025: Caffè Renzelli is undoubtedly one of the most iconic and historic cafés in Cosenza, a must-try for those who love quality and tradition. During our visit, we ordered two coffees, a mini Prussiana, and a typical Cosenza Christmas dessert, scalille. The coffee was excellent, intense, and well-balanced, served to perfection. The mini Prussiana was fragrant, delicious, and meticulously prepared. The scalille deserve a special mention: truly excellent and perfectly crafted according to the traditional recipe, with an authentic flavor that evokes the aromas and memories of Christmas in Cosenza. The attention to quality ingredients and respect for local tradition are clearly evident, elements that make this place a true institution. A place that combines history, flavor, and hospitality. Highly recommended for those visiting Cosenza or those who want to rediscover the flavors of yesteryear. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

16/11/2025: Standard, average place for coffee. Perfectly located. Cappuccino was 7/10 and we prefer the one in Delizie nearby. Here it’s Illy coffee and personally I prefer different ones. Plenty of places to sit inside. We had small misunderstanding with the service as they didn’t understand we want to order coffee latte and brought us tea instead but that’s fine. Chocolatte sweet was cool and tasty and the green one imitating pistacchio was very artificial in taste, not the best one.

The breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit and a good variety of products to suit all tastes. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. A charming place that we highly recommend.

07/09/2025: Among the wide variety of dishes served at this rotisserie, there are some excellent ones and others that aren't to my taste. I recommend the panzerotti, which due to high demand are almost always fried on the spot: be careful not to burn yourself! The staff is extremely friendly and ready to accommodate customers' requests even when the pressure of the crowd is at its limit. The ambience rating is influenced by the simplicity of the place and the limited seating available, divided between inside and an outdoor platform on Via delle Rose.

31/08/2025: Small rest area far from the 106. It contains shaded pitches, a bar, and a beach. Few services, mediocre prices.

28/08/2025: The camper parking area is disgusting. It would be better described as a makeshift parking lot for €32 a day (3 people and 1 dog). Incredible. Let's take it in order: The bathrooms and shower (paid) are dilapidated. The pitches are not marked out. There are fountains around for other purposes, which can be used for a makeshift load. The drainage is a small grate at the entrance. Dishwashing sinks that can't be used because a camper decided to park in front of them, preventing anyone else from using them (but they were also dilapidated). The constant ringing of cowbells grazing on the adjacent land. The stench of garbage, which isn't collected, can be felt throughout the area. Making matters worse is the presence of a gas tank with a massive gas leak. When we reported the presence of gas, we were told it was normal. On the other hand, the sea is fantastic, with a mixed pebble and sand beach, as is the case throughout this area. Internet (all providers) has very little reception. Our four-legged friends are welcome and live with us constantly. They are free to come to the beach. There are two enormous (very good) dogs that roam free. Unfortunately, ours doesn't like the freedom of dogs that invade his property (our camper). Dogs must be leashed... or at most loose, but under the watchful eye of their owners. The price is: August 2025 for €35 per night... Unacceptable for the services not offered. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend... it's a shame they don't know how to exploit its great potential!

26/07/2025: Well-equipped and with secure parking (for a fee). It also has a bar/sandwich shop/restaurant with tables, a beach volleyball court, and a soccer field on the sand. The umbrellas are quite close to each other (perhaps the only drawback), but otherwise everything is fine.
