06/09/2025: I stayed at this hotel for two nights and I have to say the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. The only flaw, if any, would be that there's not even a tiny piece of soap in the room, so no shower gel or shampoo. For a 3-star hotel and the price they charge, this seems like a serious shortcoming. Furthermore, there's the significant disturbance to guests' sleep, both in the evening and early in the morning due to the closing of the metal shutters and the noise made by the staff tidying up the dining room below the bedrooms. Finally, the quality of the breakfast, which consists of just one croissant per person and a hot or cold drink, so don't expect bread, cakes, butter, jams, toast, cold cuts, or cheese...nothing at all.

25/06/2025: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during our trip to southern Italy. The food was great, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff – warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to explain the menu, made us feel at home, and handled everything with a relaxed and friendly attitude. We felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended – not just for the food, but for the hospitality.

09/08/2025: My boyfriend and I are now regulars. I wasn't familiar with this pizzeria, as I'm not a local, but I have to say it was a pleasant discovery. It remains one of the few places, if not the only one in town, where you can eat excellent pizza at excellent prices. The service is also a plus: super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend everyone try this pizza.

23/07/2025: Abbiamo fatto tappa 2 volte provando sempre cose diverse,porzioni abbondant,antipasto e secondi la prima volta e antipasti e primi la seconda,una media di 30/35 con l’accompagnamento di birre e acqua,dolci e ammazzacaffè.Piatti tipici e fatti con amore ,da provare lagana e ceci e la pasta con il ragù di capra,agnolotti ricotta e spinaci,un sogno!per non parlare dei fagioli con le cotiche nell’antipasto.Esperienza da rifare!solo il servizio un po’ lento,se si prenota alle 20.30 alle 22.45 più o meno si finisce.

19/07/2025: Non è mia abitudine mettere recensioni,ma in questo caso non posso farne a meno. Siamo stati benissimo! Locale informale e cucina casalinga,per me è il meglio. Delusi dal cambiamento del locale dove abitualmente andavamo, abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata con cibo semplice e di alta qualità! Il vinello e fruttato e piacevolmente fresco, prezzi onesti e personale cordiale e preparato. Sicuramente da oggi in poi sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per cene in famiglia e con amici. Grazie mille alla gestione per la bella serata trascorsa. Non cambiate mai!!

28/06/2025: Cercavamo un posto dove cenare presto (verso le 18 : 00 ) , ma la maggior parte dei ristoranti apriva dopo le 20 : 30 . Eravamo en 9 a trovare Paola, affamati dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio. I padroni di casa, Luigino e Maria Rosario, sono stati gentilissimi: ci hanno preparato un tavolo per tutti e insieme ci hanno sfamato per più di tre ore. Il cibo era delizioso, anche per gli standard italiani, e includeva insalate, mozzarella locale, melanzane, pasta, e persino due orate al forno. Difficile immaginare un'esperienza culinaria calabrese migliore e più autentica. Non perdetevi questo posto. Estábamos buscando un lugar para cenar temprano (alrededor de las 6 pm) , pero la mayoría de los lugares comenzaron a servir después de las 830 . Éramos 9 de nosotros visitando Paola, con hambre después de un largo día de viaje. Los anfitriones Luigino y María Rosario fueron tan amables - - él puso una mesa para todos nosotros y juntos nos dieron de comer durante más de tres horas. La comida era deliciosa, incluso para los estándares italianos, e incluía ensaladas, Mozzarella local, berenjenas, pastas, e incluso dos besugos asados. Es difícil imaginar una experiencia gastronómica calabresa mejor y más auténtica. No te pierdas este lugar, y no te olvides de la aplicación Google Translate en tu teléfono. Una vez que llegas tan al sur en Italia (y deberías) , hay muy poco inglés hablado.

05/09/2025: No attention to customers. Rudeness from the moment we sat down (we had a reservation). They forgot to bring my plate, claiming the pizza would be served after the appetizers... probably the appetizers from another table, since everyone at mine had finished their main courses, too. When I pointed this out, I was verbally attacked. Terrible in every way, high prices, and subpar dishes.

04/09/2025: After asking a couple of people here in Diamante for recommendations, and both of them recommended this restaurant, we decided to go for lunch. As soon as we sat down, the waiter (also the owner) asked us what we wanted, and when we pointed to the seafood risotto, he cleverly pointed out that the risotto would take at least 40 minutes... so we decided to order two appetizers as well. The mixed seafood appetizer was really good, but the mussels with pepper sauce were inedible, no matter how much pepper was on them. But when the risottos arrived, we realized they weren't the ones we'd ordered, but rather two porcini mushroom risottos! When we pointed out the mistake, they apologized and said they'd remake the seafood risotto right away! What? It didn't take 40 minutes? The only truly nice person was the guy's father, who didn't know what to say to apologize. But since our train was leaving in 30 minutes, we decided to have the mushroom risotto, even though my girlfriend really hated it. When it came to the bill, to apologize for what had happened, they took... guess what? A full €2! I'm not saying they should have given them to us, but at least they should have only charged us for one... right?

13/07/2025: For my first time there, I tried the classic Margherita pizza, and it was delicious, well-cooked, soft, and full of mozzarella. While I was waiting, considering it was Saturday, I saw some pasta dishes pass by, which looked good. I recommend the pizza for the cooked dishes. As soon as I get back and try them, I'll be sure to review them. Overall, everything was good and affordable, highly recommended.

05/07/2025: Beautiful and suggestive location, good service.. with surprises (I booked without knowing anything but watch their videos on social media to understand 😂) The only flaw is the HIGH prices.. at least 10/15 more than they are worth (i.e. 30 euros for a large and good plate of pasta, for goodness sake, but with frozen shrimps it's maybe a bit too much.. or am I wrong?) it seemed to me like I was paying more for the show.. it's difficult to find something under €30. I paid €150: 1 large appetizer, 1 shrimp tartare (but the waiter had made me understand that it was part of the appetizer courses already mentioned before), 2 first courses and 1 glass of wine For the rest, I also found a party there so fun and entertainment guaranteed but if you are looking for tranquility and intimacy it didn't seem right to me (at least when I went)☺️

30/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant and pizzeria by chance and it was fantastic, great prices, delicious pizza, it felt like being in Naples, literally on the beach with a spectacular sea view, super friendly staff, minimal wait time for 7 pizzas (we waited about 15 minutes), impeccable cleanliness even in terms of service, needless to say we returned and will definitely return next summer because they are worth it. I recommend the "La Sila" pizza with Calabrian nduja to those who like spicy food; trust me, you will not be disappointed. For those who like delicate flavors and fish, I recommend the zucchini and shrimp one because the arugula and salmon one was too creamy but still delicious. Everything fresh. Everything excellent. These are the places worth spending money on and I hope you continue to work in this impeccable manner. Well done.

23/08/2025: A mystical experience, like stepping back into the 80s. Frozen and mistreated fish. Pizza beyond reproach... the only positive note was the efficient and friendly staff.

18/08/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a breathtaking view even at night. The pizza is typical Calabrian, but the penne all'arrabbiata is superb! The local wine, made on site, is delicious. The granita is a must! The prices are fair.
