We must evaluate it in relation to the location. The place, which in the plans of the time was supposed to be a jewel in Calabria's crown, is in fact a dilapidated, built-up area that has stolen life from the sea to feed its own. In a context of decadence, this restaurant, if you overlook its appearance, offers excellent quality fish, perfectly cooked, in generous portions, and an overall excellent value. Desserts are out. But if you're in the area—and strangely, the area doesn't have any great restaurants—I recommend it. The service is helpful and friendly.

Cercando innanzitutto refrigerio ai Laghi di Sibari, ho fortunatamente trovato accoglienza, sebbene l' ora del pranzo fosse ormai tarda,in questo ristorante.La proprietaria ma anche cuoca, mi ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità , consigliandomi il tavolo migliore per panorama e ventilazione. Ho apprezzato la bontà della generosa e saporita porzione di cozze, la freschezza del dentice all' acqua pazza e patate novelle, insalata mista rinfrescante. Ringrazio ulteriormente per quanto vissuto come ristoro, in una delle calde giornate di questa nostra estate .
