Excellent grilled panini Regeliana: focaccia with pistachio cream cheese & mortadella!The sfogliatella riccia was warm & crunchy & buttery and absolutely the best sfogliatella I’ve tasted in southern Italy!🇮🇹 The barista & cooks & staff were so kind & patient and appreciated how much we enjoyed their delicious food! They made us feel so welcomed!

10/05/2026: Excellent pizza, quality ingredients, wood-fired, truly delicious. Other pizzerias serve pizza with raw tomatoes and no flavor. In Scalea, Corsaro knows what it's doing. I recommend it if you really enjoy eating good pizza, with excellent ingredients and prices.

19/07/2026: We arrived unannounced in our campervan and received a warm welcome. The nonna of the house served us a four-course meal with water, wine, and coffee. Including the overnight stay, we paid 40 euros – what more could you ask for? When her daughter arrived home, we discovered she was the owner of the kiosk at the Terme delle Ninfe spa, where we had spent the day.
