When I get off the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway, 20 km after Cosenza, I find this service station, I'm happy to stop, the coffee is good and also the sandwiches with local products

For campers: it's not exactly the best for an overnight stop because it's small and the only useful spots would be in front of the bar or to the side. It's quiet, but noisy.

01/11/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere, with soft lighting and a typical pub feel. The wooden tables, flanked by comfortable benches and well-spaced, make the place pleasant and comfortable. The provision of USB chargers, mirrors, and numerous televisions is a great idea. The menu is varied, the prices are fair, and the products are of good quality. The service can be a bit slow at times, which could be improved, but on other occasions it has been impeccable. We are regulars and definitely recommend it!

24/01/2026: I always enjoy returning to Il Corsaro restaurant in Scalea. The pizzas are exceptional, and the cuisine offers excellent first and second courses. The owner, Gianluca, and his wife are cheerful and very friendly, creating a relaxed, family atmosphere. The ideal place for a quiet evening with good food. Highly recommended!
