04/07/2026: A terrible experience in every way. We booked by phone in the afternoon for the evening, clearly specifying that we would be bringing a dachshund puppy weighing just 3.5 kg. We were told over the phone that there would be no problem. Once we arrived, however, we were told to leave the dog in the car. An absurd and totally unacceptable request. In 2026, it's unthinkable that such a statement would even be uttered. If pets aren't allowed, it would have been enough to state this when booking, thus avoiding wasting customers' time. Furthermore, the way in which this was communicated to us was impolite. No availability, no courtesy, just an attitude that demonstrates a total lack of respect towards those who had correctly booked. What's even more incomprehensible is that the restaurant has an outdoor area that to call a "garden" is truly generous. More than a well-kept space, it feels like a makeshift parking lot, with neglected grounds, a bad smell, and full of mosquitoes. Such behavior, unfortunately, conveys an image of poor hospitality and a mentality that's outdated. If this is how customers are treated, it's no wonder some establishments end up driving customers away on their own. We definitely won't be returning, and we won't recommend this place to anyone.
