25/02/2025: Marie-Cooking and Spirits Workshop- is a truly special restaurant. The welcome of Carmine, the owner, puts you at ease so much that you feel at home. Family-run and with professional and kind staff, this small restaurant makes truly super dishes!!! The menu ranges from seafood dishes to land dishes and nevertheless to lake dishes, the recipes vary according to the seasonality of the raw material, of excellent quality without a doubt. In the summer I recommend you book for a dinner by the lake, you will be enchanted by the atmosphere. The cellar is well stocked and if you are undecided about which wines to pair with your dishes, Carmine will find the solution, a great enthusiast who will definitely be able to advise you. The trout in BBQ sauce is an interesting dish to discover and the beetroot risotto is something delicious. I recommend the tasting menu to try a bit of everything, but if you're hungry, choose directly from the menu. Restaurant to try if you are in the area!

21/04/2025: Dopo un piccolo disguido iniziale sul pasto per celiaco, che hanno risolto egregiamente, ci siamo gustati un ottimo pranzo. Menù fisso trattandosi del giorno di Pasquetta, ma tutto ottimo con ripasso di alcune pietanze. Personale gentile e professionale. Locale pulito e tranquillo. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Consigliato!

02/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale consigliatoci da una negoziante del posto. Purtroppo l'esperienza é stata deludente: la ragazza al bancone riccia molto scortese, attesa lunghissima e prezzo superiore alla media. Nonostante l'orario dell'aperitivo non sono state offerte neanche patatine/olive ma abbiamo dovuto ordinare qualche stuzzichino a pagamento.

18/03/2025: the restaurant was placed inside ancient water cisterns, which makes it very particular and fascinating. the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, the staff are attentive, thoughtful, present, available, always ready to explain their dishes or products and to satisfy every request. I was in this place the first evening I arrived in Matera, with my partner, we chose some typical dishes and two glasses of red wine, (primitivo and aglianico) the owner, very kind, wanted us to taste some Greek and offered us two glasses and at the end offered two glasses of liqueur. right proportions, excellent quality/price ratio. highly recommended!

07/01/2025: I spent New Year's Eve here with my husband and two younger children. From the very beginning, upon our arrival, a wonderful panorama presented itself thanks also to the beautiful day we found. The owner and his wife were very kind and always present to give satisfaction. The rest of the staff were very attentive and kind. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, complete with everything needed and above all warm and adequately heated! The food was excellent! We stayed for the dinner and breakfast on January 1st. What can I say, all the food was of excellent quality and generous portions! We will gladly return also for the kindness and cordiality of the owners

04/05/2025: Very beautiful location surrounded by nature! A few km from Matera, Masseria del Parco is truly a high quality place! We went to a friends wedding and had a great time! The very kind staff even went to a supermarket to buy some Coca Cola Zero after a request from a person sitting at my table! Truly top location and staff! Advised!

06/05/2025: Per un impegno a Matera , col bb a pochi passi ho preso da asporto di domenica sera una margherita Bufala e una puccia crudo tutto Senza glutine , buono ovviamente ma rispetto all ultima visita 6 mesi , ho notato una leggera differenza come impasto , meno soddisfatto.

04/05/2025: Se conoscete la vera pizza napoletana non è qui che la troverete. Locale moderno e rilassante, personale gentile e disponibile, locazione ideale per una passeggiata nel centro storico ma la pizza, quella autentica, è un'altra cosa.

25/04/2025: Amazing location and management. The restaurant is in Bosco Coste, there's a play area and what looks like a future swimming pool. Paolo, the manager, is a young entrepreneur, very attached to his origins and who firmly believes in the value of traditional and healthy food. The food was great, all fresh, handmade, and local. The service was also great. The staff was very attentive to the customers needs (we also had two little children). Highly recommend.

19/04/2025: This is undoubtedly the best rotisserie in Policoro and beyond. The quality of the products is very high. The prices are slightly higher than average, but absolutely justified by the quality and care with which they are made. A special applause for the scrocchiarelle, truly irresistible! I would only suggest taking care of the external appearance of the place. See you soon
