11/05/2025: I was at Villa Cirigliano for an event with family friends and I found a new, clean, organized environment, with well-kept gardens, swimming pool and internal parking. The quality lunch is well distributed in the dishes as well as in the times. Completely positive experience.

If we ever get the chance to go back to Matera, we will definitely go back to Regiacorte. We got the cosiest panoramic view to the city and the highest quality of service.

23/04/2025: Il pranzo di Pasqua pagato 45 euro in un agriturismo ti fa sperare di mangiare cose genuine e fatte bene. E invece no. L'antipasto fatto di formaggi e saluti, un quadrettino di pizza rustico e mezzo uovo. Nessun ortaggio, il che, visto che eravamo in un agriturismo, mi è sembrato strano. I paccheri con la ricotta e funghi interamente lasciati nel piatto in quanto acidi, evidentemente fatti con così ampio anticipo da essere andati a male nel frattempo. Il secondo primo - strascinati al sugo – una noia mortale in un menù di festa. Il secondo nulla di che, ma commestibile. La pastiera priva di ricotta, ma visto come è andata con i paccheri, forse meglio. Di genuino e fatto bene, ben poco, quindi. Il conto saporito, perché salato.

27/11/2024: Sono stato in questa bella location con amici, abbiamo preso antipasto e giro pizza cotta bene, servizio ottimo gestito dal personale e direttamente anche dalla proprietaria, tutto perfetto, ottima anche la location con parcheggi vicinissimo al locale, da consigliare!

27/04/2025: Local in the historic center of Matera. Outside seating. An interesting menu with a wide choice of dishes and not just wraps. Good raw materials, well cooked dishes and wraps. Artisanal piadinas that are really light and digestible. The piadinas are also well seasoned!! Good service, the waitress super attentive and kind. The owner is an affable and customer-focused person. Average prices for the place where it is located. There's a few euros more. I recommend it to everyone for a quick stop without weighing you down to continue exploring Matera and its beauties!!

23/03/2025: An evening at Joy is always a small gift that we give ourselves. The place has parking, it is convenient to reach. The staff is young and polite as are the owners. The food is really good and being local, I often see Andrea and Cinzia buying products in the shops in the town. Meat, fruit and vegetables, these are the same products we buy for our home and they don't skimp on quality; this is their strong point. The dishes are truly generous and you leave the restaurant satisfied both for the "healthy and well-attended" environment and for what you ate. As for prices, you certainly spend less than at a restaurant but given the variety of the menu and drinks, you leave really satisfied. A lot of courage and work make Joy a little pearl of our country.

08/01/2025: Delightful pub: nice atmosphere, excellent food, lots of people, colors, joy. The "down in the South" sandwich is highly recommended.

24/03/2025: Unforgettable dinner, as soon as we sat down at the table the owner asked us if we had allergies, after we answered no he did everything himself, almost without asking us anything, not even bringing us the menu. Delicious starter, consisting of 5 courses of excellent quality local products. Followed by a first course, ravioli filled with ricotta with courgette flower cream, delicious!! Our stomachs no longer wanted to know anything about it, it was like the Suez Strait after the Ever Given ran aground in 2021, unusable, unusable.... but the owner, again without our knowledge, showed up at the table with two pancakes filled with cream. We didn't make it... The two of us spent €50 on a starter, first course, dessert, water and a liter of wine.

19/03/2025: Farmhouse in the heart of Basilicata. We happened to be there with my father for a business trip, and we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and care that Michele and his wife have for the property, the guests and the property. Simplicity is all you need! We will be back :)

15/05/2025: A beautiful farm with modern, renovated rooms and a friendly owner. There are horses, cows, chickens, dogs, and cats. It's especially great for children to explore. The dogs roam freely and sometimes even bark to greet you at the car. So be careful if you're afraid of dogs. But the dogs are very sweet. They also serve dinner there. It's super delicious and very reasonably priced. There's not much around except for a great view, so it's a great place to eat. There's also a playground for children. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't open when we were there (mid-May).

10/05/2025: Had a perfect experience with Paula and Benjamin. Delicious food, dinner taken care of down to the last detail. We were allowed to just come with the camper and stay one night. Highly recommended. Bravo and thank you!
