15/01/2026: It took me a while to write this review! Unfortunately, I have to say, I haven't eaten like this in I don't know how long! I should start by saying I don't think there was a chef in the kitchen. We sat down with two friends. Among us was a vegetarian, but that didn't seem like a problem from the start, but then... We ordered a trio of bruschetta and two Neapolitan frittatas! TRIO OF BRUSCHETTE: The dish arrived was truly nonsensical. Three slices of bread that hadn't even seen the grill (Wikipedia: It consists of a slice of stale bread, either grilled or oven-roasted), spread with a canned product. The two frittatas were delicious! We ordered three tagliolini with truffle, and here comes the apotheosis. This fresh pasta (not tagliolini) arrived, tossed with the same truffle sauce as the bruschetta. We went to pay, and the bill was hefty. I wanted to emphasize the kindness, refinement, and helpfulness of the waiter and owner in explaining and bringing the dishes and drinks. The food was truly good: tagliatelle with wild boar in white sauce and mixed grilled meats, followed by a crema catalana.
