Art all around, art at the table. There's little to say when you eat so well. The atmosphere is very refined and welcoming. Definitely worth a try. Impeccable service. There aren't many tables, but reservations are recommended.

A beautiful place, meticulously crafted with attention to detail, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are carefully crafted: with every bite, you can clearly taste the ingredients and the nuances of flavor. A perfect balance between the various elements creates a truly surprising harmony. The food was excellent, and you can taste the quality in every course. A culinary experience definitely worth trying. I'll definitely be back!

Today we had lunch at Ettore in Tagliacozzo, a truly high-end Abruzzo restaurant. Details like the silk napkins and the walls featuring artwork for sale add an elegant and immersive touch, while the green exterior with flower-filled steps is truly Abruzzo-style. The dishes were superb: starting with the panettone-style bread, soft and sweet; the classic yet perfect Pallotte cacio e ova; then the tortelli stuffed with porcini mushrooms in a creamy saffron and redcurrant sauce, a fresh and intriguing contrast. Next, the pan-fried beef morsels with cherry sauce, spring onions, and dried plums were tender and flavorful just right; the grilled radicchio with sesame seeds and pink peppercorns provided a crunchy sweet-and-sour balance; and the scamorza with dried fruit and chestnut honey was stringy and enveloping. For dessert, the chocolate and caramel mousse was fantastic: creamy, intense, with a caramel that melts in your mouth and perfectly balances the dark chocolate, along with the apple pie with vanilla ice cream. All washed down with an excellent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Top quality and service!

A cozy, intimate, and pleasant venue, with excellent hospitality and excellent, beautifully presented dishes. Simple, authentic, and well-defined flavors, where Italian tastes blend seamlessly with international flavors. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

The meat is exceptional, grilled over an open fireplace. The wait staff is friendly, fast, and very pleasant. The owner is a delightful person who creates a convivial atmosphere that makes you feel at home; he'd stay and chat for hours. Made to return. Highly recommended.
