25/03/2026: Last Sunday, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Trattoria da Luciana. There were 15 of us at the table, and for some of us who were familiar with the deliciousness and quality of the cuisine, it was a reaffirmation, while for others who had never been there before, it was a very welcome and pleasant surprise. Ms. Luciana's sweetness, kindness, and cordiality make you feel at home. The same goes for her staff, who are very professional, kind, and friendly. The location is a feast for the eyes and the soul, instilling in me a passion for their work and a sense of serenity, aided by the green landscape you can admire while dining. I couldn't leave without purchasing one of their products, the delicious chocolate liqueur. Thank you, Mrs. Luciana, and my heartfelt congratulations. See you soon.

We also had dinner in their restaurant; the food and service were excellent! Not to mention their breakfast buffet, rich in food and excellent quality. We also used their spa with a hot tub overlooking the pool and mountains, as well as a sauna. A wonderful place and view for those looking for a relaxing weekend.

25/03/2026: We went to the restaurant for lunch and chose the chef's free-form menu: six courses, each one better than the last! Even the dessert was on par with the rest of the menu, which is not a given. They recommended a fantastic wine that paired perfectly with the entire menu. Breathtaking view of Lake Iseo from above.

04/04/2026: We had bruschetta as a starter, porterhouse with potatoes as a main course, and tiramisu for dessert. He said it was the best tiramisu in Italy, and he wasn't lying, it really was very good. The service was also excellent.

04/04/2026: I discovered Lu Pennese almost by chance thanks to a post I saw on Facebook, and I couldn't have made a better choice. I love simple, authentic places, without too many frills, and here I found exactly what I was looking for: the wonderful atmosphere of a real village bar where time seems to have stood still. It's a genuine and genuine place, where you don't need an endless menu to make you happy. I loved their simple yet high-quality menu: they serve exceptional porchetta, excellent both in a sandwich and eaten plain, along with platters of salami and local pecorino cheese, and the classic bread and oil, which in its simplicity is unbeatable. If you go on a Sunday, you can also try their arrosticini, which are out of this world. If you're looking for a sincere, welcoming place with authentic flavors, Lu Pennese is an absolute must. A Peroni to wash down the grease, and you'll feel comfortable and satisfied. I'll definitely be back!
