28/07/2025: A beautiful mountain hotel in the Casentinesi Forest Park, nestled in a beautifully restored small village. Managed with great kindness and cordiality, with particular attention to respect for the environment and its guests, it offers a delicious breakfast, some of which is freshly prepared. A swimming pool and parking are also available. A truly enchanting place.

11/06/2025: Even if we only stayed one night we had a great time. The rooms are simple but essential, the service is no exception, in fact we immediately felt welcomed and pampered by Jessica who was kind and polite. The breakfast was super complete and spectacular, not to mention the breathtaking landscape and pool.

19/07/2025: After seeing the good reviews of this place I was very hopeful but unfortunately I was disappointed. After comparing with the reviews it seems that they change the prices drastically from Summer to Winter, that or inflation. I came for the Carbonara Imperial and when looking at photos from 5 months ago it showed it at being 13 Euro, but when I visited today it was 18 Euro which is a steep price for the area when comparing to other restaurants. As well at the end of the meal we discovered that they had put a cover charge of 2 euro per person. I am ok with cover charges but they hadn't had a sign around or on the menu about a cover charge, so it was a unwelcome surprise. Also prepare to pay cash as at the time their card machine was broken, there was a bank just down the road. On the positive, the Carbonara was very good, I got the smaller one for 15 euro. The pasta was cooked Al Dente per usual and the sauce was incredibly creamy and rich. Albit a little salty for my tastes. The restaurant is also located in a allyway so there isn't to much sun and some breeze to. Overall I'm a bit upset at my experience and wouldn't recommend this place despite the good food. There are better places around the city.

16/08/2025: Honestly, it must be said: the welcome may have been friendly, but it really wasn't good at all. Whether it was the hot dog, the chicken cutlet with "lime" (even the appearance was quite repulsive), or the mixed salad...

22/06/2025: Great experience! My friends and I found this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised! The variety of cocktails is out of this world! You get lost and don't know what to choose... but that's the point... to try them you absolutely have to go back! In the meantime we munched on a pinza... meh, good but too much sauce! I recommend using less :))

30/07/2025: A huge disappointment, unfortunately. I came to Acquapazza with high expectations, wanting to give a special experience to my nephew, the son of restaurateurs in Madrid and accustomed since childhood to eating in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. I chose this place without asking for advice, trusting the name (my mistake). Let's start with the positive: the location is truly enchanting. At the top of the island, with a spectacular view of all of Ponza, the atmosphere is refined and very evocative. The staff was kind and courteous, nothing to complain about in terms of human touch. But from a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect much more, especially in two fundamental aspects: service and cuisine. Regarding service: despite there being few tables, the attention was lacking. Our wine remained forgotten in the cooler, and several times we were forced to serve ourselves. In a restaurant of this caliber, this is unacceptable: in certain price ranges, customers deserve careful attention, discreetly but consistently. No one expects extreme formality, but attention is. And it was lacking here. About the food: beautiful presentation, beautifully plated dishes. But the flavor? Mediocre. No memorable dishes, no emotion. I left the restaurant with nothing that made me want to return. I've enjoyed much more at all the other restaurants I've tried on the island, at much more reasonable prices. The bill, however, was extremely high (€350 for the tasting menu, for three people with two bottles of wine for around €30 each), and frankly not justified by what we received. A Michelin star must be earned every day, and maintained with rigor, commitment, and research. Here, I had the distinct feeling that they were living off their income.

21/07/2025: Ho conosciuto questo posto con la vecchia gestione ed era un buon ristorante di pesce. Devo ammettere che la nuova gestione, ha migliorato il livello che era già elevato. Il menù è stato rivisitato ed i piatti provati fino adesso sono stati molto buoni. Il pesce è fresco e ben cucinato. Il servizio è sempre stato impeccabile e professionale. Prezzi nella media. Da consigliare

10/07/2025: ✨ Una scoperta che merita! Ho scoperto con sorpresa che da circa tre mesi il ristorante è sotto nuova gestione. Senza nulla togliere alla precedente, oggi si mangia davvero benissimo — ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con una qualità del pesce che parla da sola. Il personale è cordiale e l’ambiente accogliente, perfetto per una serata piacevole. Molto apprezzato anche l’intervento sull’esterno, dove è stato aggiunto un salottino relax ideale per concludere la cena in tranquillità. 💰 Il prezzo è un pochino più alto della media, certamente della trattoria. Ma qui si parla di un’esperienza gastronomica che vale ogni centesimo.

Une côte de porc succulente accompagnée de petits légumes et pour finir une sorte de crêpe fourrée a la pistache (de la production du propriétaire) top.

08/08/2025: This now very popular cocktail bar is located near the Rondò metro station. It's carved out a very quiet spot and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, it's very beautiful and well-decorated, while outside there are simple tables. The aperitivo menus are generous and delicious. The service is good.
