07/12/2025: Nothing to complain about the staff in the dining room, they're friendly and welcoming, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Unpresentable ziti with ragù, bland ragù sauce, grilled veal that's anything but tender, probably cooked incorrectly. Or the wrong cut, basically, it's not quite there. If this place reflects Neapolitan cuisine, good luck! Totally worth revisiting!

09/12/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and were amazed by its warm atmosphere and authentic food, dishes paired with homemade olive oil. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the owner was very friendly. We returned with the whole family, who enjoyed the pasta dishes like buttero and chickpea soup, as well as the delicious rustic cake, which was kindly provided.

17/09/2025: This year we stayed at Hotel Rosalba for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modern, well-designed, with spacious rooms and a wonderful, incredibly relaxing pool. The staff is highly qualified, incredibly helpful, and friendly. The manager, Paolo, is professional, kind, and approachable, as many should be. Excellent cuisine by chef Maurizio, delicious and plentiful dishes, and the dining room staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The sea is just a short distance away, with private, direct access to the beach. The hotel, like the hotel, is pet-friendly. The entertainment was top-notch! Engaging and fun for both adults and children. A special shout-out and thanks to entertainer Tony, who managed to fill our days with laughter and joy. We sincerely hope to see him again when we return. It was a wonderful holiday of relaxation and fun. A full 5 stars. We will definitely be back next summer!

14/09/2025: The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with old linens and an old, dirty bathroom. We stayed two nights, and every morning the cleaning lady opened the door while we were in the room, even though we had locked the door from the inside.

23/11/2025: We ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar and the porcini mushroom and truffle risotto, both truly delicious! The mixed roast meat was incredibly fresh, and the baked potatoes were soft and crispy! Highly recommended!

12/11/2025: Wonderful, super-well-maintained place. The owner is kind and attentive, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade pastries. We couldn't eat there because the kitchen is closed on Sunday evening, but it will be a great reason to return.

22/08/2025: I've known this place for a long time, but I've always enjoyed visiting only the café and pastry shop. Last night, however, we decided to dine there, especially since the chef, Marco De Dominici, has been receiving accolades for his skill for years. What can I say? A fantastic experience. Carefully prepared, beautifully presented, tasty yet light dishes (the meat was so tender it tasted like butter), perfect combinations, and generous portions. A true journey into the world of flavor, with top-quality ingredients (especially the vegetables, which aren't locally sourced, but locally sourced, as I see him picking them in the garden next door). Excellent service from his wife, Valentina, attentive to the customer's needs and courteous in her manner. The place isn't very large, but no one rushes you to leave your table; the atmosphere is refined, with a beautiful view and mostly wooden furnishings. Lovely vintage prints decorate the walls. When it came to the bill, Valentina also gave us a box of corn biscuits made by her husband (the chef). What can I say? I already know we'll be back, whether for coffee breaks, breakfasts, or dinners. This restaurant is a true gem in Valsesia!

16/11/2025: A pleasant Sunday surprise. Everything was excellent: the chitarra with porcini mushrooms, the scamorza with artichokes, the vegetarian appetizer. Special mention for the tiramisu.

The food is very good for a beer garden (we tried the platter, the pork shank, and the agnolotti, and everything was delicious). The beers are very good, and the prices are definitely those of a beer garden. Parking is a bit difficult.

Contrary to some negative reviews, the menu is clear and concise, the waiters speak multiple languages, and our questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. We paid for the dishes as described on the menu. I highly recommend it; it's a perfect place for a date. P.S. My husband says hello to the waiter from Albania.
