08/08/2025: Excellent quality ingredients, very attentive customer service. A disappointing aspect is that they charge €24 for a bottle of Charme, but the most annoying thing is dining with people standing next to your table waiting for their takeout pizza. No privacy at all.

12/08/2025: Our first experience at the trabucco was wonderful, but my daughter had already been there twice, so we went for sure. It was a wonderful experience, an excellent gastronomic journey. They bring the dishes slowly, so you can fully enjoy them. The waiter describes the dish perfectly, and it's perfectly composed. The atmosphere is wonderful, breezy and shaded. The service is excellent, as is the open kitchen, spotlessly clean, and the professionalism and harmony between them all. It's an experience we'll repeat, but highly recommended to anyone looking for a unique experience. They also offer gluten-free options. Thank you, you made our afternoon a wonderful one. Typical Trentino products of the highest quality, incredible cheeses, fragrant cured meats and a warm welcome. As a lover of good food, it is impossible not to leave with a supply. Highly recommended!

15/07/2025: Excellent service and food. We arrived at midnight and the kitchen was open. We were served with great pleasure. The food was delicious. Andrea was excellent, always checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. They gave us a complimentary dessert, which was also delicious. The best part was the view, overlooking the Pantheon. Very happy.
