The flavors of the south in the foreground, everything excellent from the appetizer to the dessert to finish.
I tried the fish tasting, spectacular, each course delicious and cooked to perfection, raw materials of excellent quality.
I will return to celebrate my 50th birthday🥳🎂

02/08/2025: Location fantastica, cibo eccellente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, servizio impeccabile e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore e fa sentire a casa.
Scoperto per caso, questo posto in cui io e mio marito ci siamo recati per il nostro decimo anniversario di matrimonio, è una perla a Matera.
Alla proprietà e allo staff: ci avete regalato una serata bellissima. Torneremo senz’altro quando saremo di nuovo a Matera.
Consigliatissimo.

Cucina creativa con prodotti di qualità.
Il servizio elegante e sempre con il sorriso.
Conto nella media!
Staff davvero competente, buona la carta dei vini, molti dei quali di produzione propria.
03/08/2025: Pranzo di alto livello sia per i piatti ricercati e molto buoni, sia per l’attenzione e la gentilezza del cameriere che ci ha servito. Mangiare all’esterno del ristorante ti riconnette con la natura. Prezzi giusti per il tipo di cucina che viene proposta.

The food is truly excellent, with a varied and often changing menu.
The ingredients are top-quality, and the dishes are not predictable.
Very friendly staff, and the summer (outdoor) and winter (indoor) areas
are beautiful and welcoming!
Highly recommended!

09/08/2025: Vacation with children in August 2025.
Location a bit far from the center, but just a few minutes' drive from Lazise, Sirmione, and the theme parks.
Room basic, but spotlessly clean (cleaned daily by the staff, and very thoroughly).
The pool is enchanting (exactly as shown in the online photos) and was a lifesaver on particularly hot days.
Various breakfasts, and the on-site restaurant is more than reasonably priced.
Special mention to the staff, who were remarkably kind and attentive. Five stars well deserved.
07/08/2025: The staff's kindness, courtesy, and attentiveness to guests are the pride of the property. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the pool is large with plenty of loungers. Breakfast is both sweet and savory, with fresh fruit and cured meats. The restaurant serves generous portions and delicious food. All this at more than reasonable prices.

- the first, they put little ice cream in the cone both on the cheapest and the most expensive ones
- the second, if you buy a take-away tub it's normal that they give you free wafers or cones, not here, it doesn't work like that, if you want them you have to pay for them.
Too bad for these two things, anyway the ice cream is good!

The food was absolutely incredible and I honestly enjoyed every bite but further than that the service was absolutely sublime.
Could not do enough for you and let my partner try 2 seperate dishes he was torn between. The staff are incredible attentive and alert.
Stumbled across this place and we will be back before we return to our home land.

07/08/2025: Alessandro is an amazing and passionate man who cares deeply about his restaurant and his food. The service is exceptional, and their thoughtful staff makes you feel like a valued guest. The food was amazing, and it was a pleasure to be there. This isn't a typical restaurant that's just trying to get you to spend money. It's in a quiet, local area with local people. The menu is different every day, making it well worth the visit. It was an experience.

05/08/2025: Describing it precisely would take time, so I'll try to keep it short: a classy location, the exposed copper pipes are extremely unique, the food top-notch in quality, cooking, and presentation, one of the few restaurants where the waiters are truly qualified in the truest sense of the word! As for the price... quality comes at a price, so if you don't want to spend... don't go.
26/07/2025: Very close to Salerno Airport. A great option when you land at lunchtime. The pizza dough is exquisite and the tuna tartare is world-class. The waiters are attentive and courteous!

30/07/2025: Un ristorante con piatti di assoluto livello qualitativo e Personale in sala che ha dimostrato,oltre una provata capacità, una particolare gentilezza.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente anche per il paese di Nuchis molto ordinato con una stupenda chiesa antica tutta in pietra.
29/07/2025: Abbiamo gustato una magnifica cena di pesce freschissimo, di alta qualità e cucinato alla perfezione. Tutto squisito: dalle cozze per antipasto, al pescato del giorno alla griglia (orata), alle verdure grigliate, vino, seada e mirto. Molto buone le quantità, ottima la qualità degli ingredienti, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Una delle migliori esperienze, veramente da non perdere. Aggiungete che sia Tempio Pausania, che la adiacente frazione di Nuchis meritano una visita

05/08/2025: Pork shank, beer, and an incredible homemade apple pie. For years, this has been a go-to spot on the road to Laives for beer-braised pork shank. In the evenings, there's music and dancing. Highly recommended.
Update 2024: They no longer make beer-braised pork shank!
03/08/2025: Not far from the highway, with a campervan parking area that also accommodates trailers. We'd be happy to come back.

30/06/2025: I received this 5-course experience from Zanze XVI as a gift. It wasn't a lunch but an explosion of flavors. New and very well-calibrated flavor combinations. The waiters who look after the customers are very kind. The environment is beautiful, in the style of old Venice but very well-kept. Nothing is left to chance. For those visiting Venice it is a must-see, a beauty for the sight, the taste and the smell.
