04/10/2025: So glad we found this restaurant! You can tell Chef George puts in his heart in preparing every meal. The octopus is fresh and tender. So is iberico pork - tender and flavorful. The prawns on rice is umami and a delight for the eyes. Chef George shares generously on how he makes his black focaccia ( the best I’ve had on this trip). Will come back again if I return to Genoa. 👍👍👍

09/11/2025: We were there today for the first time, recommended by my sister, a truly excellent place, fantastic location, impeccable atmosphere and staff, very well-prepared quality food, staff with excellent experience and perfect price, very honest, I will return also to try their pizzas, go there, I recommend it

16/12/2025: A very beautiful and unique setting. The presence of several "niches" allows for a quiet meal, even when crowded. Having been to a baptism banquet, I can't comment on the à la carte menu, but the dishes were certainly well-presented and very good. Not sparse, but perhaps poorly distributed, making it difficult to understand how to portion them. The staff was well-trained. Overall, a good experience.

09/11/2025: We had a really fantastic evening. From the first moment we felt very welcome — the team radiates a natural hospitality and enthusiasm that you rarely encounter. We were cared for with so much warmth and attention that we immediately felt at ease. Although we arrived a little earlier, we were greeted with a smile and invited to have a glass of wine while the team was still having dinner. That small, honest gesture characterises exactly the relaxed and sincere atmosphere of this place. Nothing felt rushed or forced — everything happened with care and sincere kindness. The food was really excellent, but especially the experience and the people made the evening unforgettable. We are honestly surprised that this restaurant does not score higher, because they undoubtedly deserve many more words of praise. Here you not only taste what is on the plate, but also the love with which it is brought. An absolute must!

30/08/2025: Stopping nearby for work, my fiancé and I chose Laura and Nadia's restaurant almost by chance. As soon as we entered, Laura greeted us with an old-fashioned welcome, followed by a handshake and a warm smile. The dinner was superb, featuring traditional dishes accompanied by the two sisters' tales of the family restaurant's ups and downs. We felt at home and never fail to reminisce about that day. 01/09/2025: Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with this restaurant. I wasn't sold on the lunch menu, and I would have liked to try the evening dishes. The service was quite slow. That said, having a vegan restaurant in Monopoli is still a nice touch.

31/08/2025: The food is good... could it be improved? Yes, I'd say so... some dishes are excellent, others less so... I recommend the crema catalana... magnificent, the chickpea hummus, and the fava beans and chicory... the parmigiana, a bit less so. (I'll never understand anyone who would pretend to cook it without batter-dredging and frying the eggplant... in any case, the negative review is due to the slightly acidic sauce!) Otherwise, a very nice and welcoming place with interesting combinations and experiments.

20/10/2025: Glida in Gorizia is truly a gem — without exaggeration, my favorite ice cream in the whole of Italy. Their gelato is incredibly tasty, made from fresh fruit and crafted with a delicate, natural flavor that’s never too sweet. Each spoonful feels light and perfectly balanced, showing just how much care and attention they put into their work. What I especially love is that they don’t overwhelm you with too many choices — just a few, carefully selected flavors, all unique and surprising, proving that quality matters far more than quantity. Every visit feels like a discovery of something genuine and artisanal. It’s a pity they’re not open all year round, but perhaps that’s part of the charm — it makes you appreciate them even more. When Glida is open, make sure to go as often as you can. It’s a small paradise for anyone who truly loves real, authentic gelato. Highly recommended — five stars, and then some!

21/09/2025: The pistachio ice cream is one of the best we've ever had. It has tons of pistachio pieces in it and tastes fantastic! The 20-cent extra is worth it. The waitresses are very friendly!

28/09/2025: This is a gem of a find and has become our "local" when we are in Cortona. A truly Italian experience. Not touristy but tourists are welcomed. The bruschetta is outstanding as are some of the other very local dishes. Seriously try the potatoes and tomatoes. A very tasty surprise. Don't miss this spot!
