Ristorante BIRI 5497 In Venezia

A very particular place that recalls the atmosphere of a street in Venice, where you can eat excellent fish-based dishes. The staff is kind and pleasant. I really appreciated the fact that at the end of the evening the chef stopped by the tables to say hello.

Family and pleasant environment. Excellent food, fresh and quality fish. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return. Even our little dog appreciated it.

che dire, siamo alle solite... entri e l' aroma dei piatti di pesce ti rapisce... locale molto veneziano... calle dei biri o parsemolo ( prezzemolo ). Sei seduto in un interno veneziano.. da turisti? no da puristi veneziani doc... come la maggioranza dei clienti. cucina veneziana semplice bei prodotti ma accompagnata con estro dal cuoco Pino. Uno dei pochi cuochi ( veri ) che ti personalizza un piatto di spaghetti ai frutti di mare con gli stessi freschissi ingredienti in... 7, 8 versioni. cottura della pasta pasta, sale poco o moderato , piccante a base di pepe o peperoncino e chiede se tanto o poco, aglio o cipolla. Parsemolo si o no... Pomodorini o cipolla... Ma dove lo trovate un cuoco così oggi... nemmeno a Masterchef o dai stellati Michelin... dove ordini, mangi e taci! Ma lui il cuoco a fine serata passa e ti chiede come è' andata!!! nemmeno la mamma era così. che dire... top su tutti i prodotti freschi... Top sui vini e top sul prezzo.

I was in this place last week, recommended by the hotel owner, what can I say, the art of welcoming and making the customer feel at home. Thanks Pino for the excellent dinner and thanks to the lady who explained to us with great professionalism what we had ordered (unfortunately I don't remember her name).

Good fish prepared without sauces and with a pinch of originality. Small but nice and welcoming atmosphere

Very nice, typically Venetian place. Very good starters, although I found the raw food excessively expensive. We took some tagliolini with courgettes and scallops... but the courgette completely covered the taste of the scallops. Overall we ate well!

Sommes allés diner dans ce reataurant en couple. Service discret mais efficace (le chef vient demander coment s'est passé le repas, ce qui est appréciable). Les plats de poisson sont variés et bons. Tarifs élevés.

Aspettative NON deluse, pesce di prima qualità, accoglienza e servizio da 5 stelle. Abbiamo preso i migliori piatti dal menù e sicuramente ritorneremo per degustare altri piatti squisiti. Non fatevi ingannare dall'aspetto esteriore ( non è l'abito che fa il monaco), ma la gentilezza il cibo è le piccole sale ripagano di tutto ciò. Bravi e congratulazioni dalla fam.Amato
