12/02/2025: We went to this place for the first time, but I can tell you that the context is nice but the rest is all for show. Very average starters, very good tortelli, the rest not including the service (cold like the area). Nice venue but other than the rooms the other rooms were not connected to the venue. It should be revived a bit.

I had the pleasure of dining at this gourmet restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
The tasting menu (9 courses) was an incredible sensorial journey, overturning every pattern: starting from the dessert, made savory with surprising mastery, up to the entrée, which plays with sweetish notes in a refined and never banal way. Each dish is a work of art, both in taste and presentation, with unexpected but perfectly balanced combinations.
The place is a little jewel: intimate and welcoming, with the right distance between tables to guarantee privacy and comfort. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
Special praise goes to the dining room staff: highly trained, passionate and always attentive, they provide impeccable service. The inclusiveness project that involves them adds a human value that really makes the difference, and their professionalism is admirable.
If you are looking for an unconventional gastronomic experience that will amaze and leave its mark, this is the right place.
We can't wait to return!
10/02/2025: A simply fabulous experience! I went to this restaurant with my friends for lunch and we had a great time. The dishes are refined and with attention to the smallest details, a perfect mix of delicate but refined tastes at the same time. You can perceive all the passion and attention of a young and prepared team, always attentive to customers. I really appreciated the presence of a vegetarian tasting menu, a choice that enhances every need. I'm not from the Lecco area, but I will definitely go back! Thank you!!!

07/01/2025: Posto che considero straordinario per posizione - accoglienza - qualità e quantità del cibo.
Io ci ero già stato e posso confermare che Isacco è veramente un personaggio: ha incantato tutti gli amici con storie di api, di grappe e di storia del lago.
Merita che il suo ristorante abbia lunga vita.
Consiglio di prenotare (anche se in futuro dovrebbe essere ampliata la disponibilità)
06/01/2025: Il cibo è sempre di ottima qualitá, cucina semplice ma ricca di tutti i sapori del territorio. Posto semplice ed informale, ma non manca proprio nulla, nemmeno un panorama mozzafiato con tra lago e montagna. Anche in questa stagione non troppo calda con Isacco, Barbara e tutto lo staff trovi il calore di una famiglia. Nota negativa: purtroppo chiuderanno per qualche mese causa importante ristrutturazione e dovremo fare a meno del fantastico spiedo, i gnoc de cola, i porcini, la pasta fatta in casa, la giardiniera, cervo in salmí,del tiramisù, della cheesecake etc...etc...
Che dire... Attendiamo la loro riapertura con la nuova location e poi ADOSSSS (Che in dialetto bresciano significa ADDOSSOOOO)
Consiglio importante: sempre meglio prenotare e se avete piccoli amici a 4 zampe, che sono sempre ben accetti è preferibile comunicarlo.

good, from the panigacci to the salami and the nail, the local sausage roasted on terracotta grills. Kind and friendly staff, beautiful view, welcoming and family atmosphere. Excellent value for money

12/02/2025: Per caso abbiamo trovato questo bel locale nel Centro Storico di Martina Franca, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fortunati a trovare posto per il pranzo della Domenica .
Abbiamo mangiato solo un abbondante arrosto misto con la tipica patata alle ceneri e insalata.
Buon vino rosso, personale gentile e simpaticissimo il sig. Pasquale per la sua cortesia .
Ottimo il rapporto qualità – prezzo:
La prossima volta prenderemo il menù fisso di €30.00 che propone il locale ,che comprende un ottimo/abbondante antipasto, un primo, un secondo di arrosto misto squisito con contorno .Complimenti a tutto lo staff.,

09/02/2025: Clean and well-maintained location. Friendly and courteous owner. Fast and professional service. Good and well valued raw materials. A discordant note, right quality/price ratio except for the starter, which I hope was a mistake, but €24 for cold cuts, vegetables and 4 hot courses seems a little excessive to me. I understand the quality but if we compare it to other higher level restaurants, it seems excessive. Overall good, but next time I would avoid the starter. I recommend if you want to try it, 1 is enough for 2 people, maybe it's fairer that way.

You are welcomed by an elegant, romantic environment and a warm and refined atmosphere.
The menu offers a selection of dishes prepared using excellent quality ingredients, with particular attention to local and seasonal products. Don't miss the stuffed courgette flowers, a real delight.
But the real protagonist is the selection of wines, all personally selected by the Sommelier, Sara, who passionately discovers the milestones of local companies and beyond.
The service is top notch starting from Sara who always proves competent and able to accompany you through the choice between hundreds of labels, finding the right pairing for every palate.
As if that wasn't enough, the place is also equipped with a decent selection of Gin and liqueurs, perfect for those who want to experiment with new flavors and for once move away from the usual gin and tonic, or the usual coffee killer.
In short, Retrogusto is a high-level sensory experience, a treat worth treating yourself to.

The only downside is that when you first arrive, it is a bit chaotic. You have to take your own cutlery, pick up your plates, you don't really know how to order, where to pay, etc. Still, I recommend giving it a try. It is economical and delicious.
