Had a delicious meal. Fresh ingredients. Nice balance of flavors. The waiters also assist you with your choice. Had both sushi and meat. Portions are a bit on the small side, so you need to order enough.

The highest quality of raw materials, elegantly translated into various solutions. The atmosphere is meticulously maintained and welcoming, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Five stars with honors.

Delicious sushi, miso, and rice dish. Quality of the food is very good, interior of the restaurant is very nicely done. Perfect spot to take a break from Italian cuisine.

Puro does sushi right. You like how Italians take their food seriously? Have you tried the seafood here? How about trying it raw? If you haven’t, you should consider it. Having lived in Italy for only a short while, I’m no expert on Sushi here. Most of what I’ve come across has been the ‘all you can eat’ type, which Puro is thankfully not. If you expect quantity over quality, you likely want something else. We walked in without a reservation, with two young kids and were welcomed. The menu has solid options with rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Kids loved the tempura and hot options as they’re still not into sushi. For me, the rolls were well balanced. Fresh seafood (tuna, prawn, eel) with crisp veggies. Our hosts continually checked in on us. And we’re so kind to our children. The interior is clam with nods to Japanese modern interior design. I’ve had solid sushi experiences in Japan (duh), LA and now I can add Italy to that list. Might just be a spot where my expectations were in check, or maybe this place is low key dealing world class sushi. You’ll have to check it out and judge for yourself.

The typical modern and sophisticated Japanese restaurant, quality food, beautiful and modern place, the only downside is the slightly slow service, the fish and fua sushi is spectacular.

A dinner that makes you forget about your phone! We went to Puro and the experience was truly excellent. It's a shame we weren't very hungry that evening, because reading the menu made me want to order practically everything! Every item was inviting and carefully prepared. The sushi we tried was truly delicious: quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and impeccable presentation. We were even greeted with a very welcome sample, a small touch we greatly appreciated. Special praise goes to all the staff: knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and always present without being intrusive. Truly top-notch service. It's a shame we only took pictures of the sushi, but when the dishes are this good, you can easily be captivated by the moment and forget about your phone entirely! 😂 A place I absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare who loves quality Japanese cuisine. We've been customers of this restaurant since it opened... Last night we returned after a long absence, and after a while we can only confirm everything we've always thought!!! Pure in name and in fact!!!! The highest quality, excellent raw materials, impeccable service!!! Kudos to the scallop and foie gras nigiri, the unagi, and the tuna belly nigiri!!!! But really, whatever you choose from the menu will be delicious!!!! You can never go wrong with them 😉 Thanks as always for the wonderful culinary experience 🫶 See you soon!!!!
