10/10/2025: Hi, first of all, the owner was so kind on the phone, so I didn't think twice and went to the restaurant with my children. A very nice place with a pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, and truly excellent food. The final bill was also reasonable. I highly recommend it for the next time. P.S. It's a shame I don't live in Salento, but I'd definitely go there more often.

21/11/2025: We went here for lunch and had a really great time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, which is always a pleasure. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious—you could tell they used quality ingredients. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. The cover charge is €1.50 per person. I wasn't thrilled at first, but I have to say it's worth it considering the level of service and the quality of the food. Highly recommended if you want to eat excellent sushi in a pleasant atmosphere! 🍣✨

27/10/2025: One of the best ramen I've ever had. The udon is equally good. Interesting selection of drinks, especially the beers, which I absolutely recommend. The staff is friendly and polite, and the place is relaxing, yet it delivers a true ramen experience. Highly recommended.

20/08/2025: The restaurant is great for sushi and Japanese food lovers. There are a variety of dishes. I had fried rice and a variety of sushi dishes. Even the dessert was delicious, both yellow and red. I highly recommend the atmosphere and everything is fantastic. It is worth it, and the prices are excellent.

29/05/2025: I had eaten there before but this lunch today was terrible service without a constant change of fish and dishes often only black dishes, that is, the most expensive ones some that have been around for a long time have become inedible so much so that I sent them back including the steamed ravioli that are hard and cold just to say that, for the price they have, the quality should be excellent not to mention the staff, not very polite while I leave the table, I try to collect my things but he intervenes preventing me from leaving I point this out to him, he responds with arrogance and indifference I suggest to the gentlemen owners of Basara to choose the staff more carefully. 90 euros 8 small plates and a bottle of water!!!! THE FOOD IS A SERIOUS THING alas, it's just fluff

02/11/2025: We had dinner with friends. The mixed soup wasn't great. The tuna steak was full of white veins, the flavor was good but it was harsh on the teeth. The tempura was good. The waitress is always right, and be careful because she gets the numbers wrong. Quite expensive: two miso soups, an oriental chicken, and a tuna steak cost almost €68.

30/10/2025: I've been to Bolzano many times. I've tried some good restaurants, but: what friendly, professional, and warm service. The food: it was recommended to us by the owner. And we were more than pleasantly surprised. So good and of such high quality. From now on, a must-try.

02/12/2025: Guys... even though the food here tastes good, it has little to do with authentic Japanese or Chinese cuisine. We ate a ramen that tasted more like Chinese chicken soup and a classic Chinese dish, Yu Xiang Qie Zi (one of my favorites – braised eggplant), which tasted more like Thai stir-fried vegetables. My Chinese heart almost stopped just looking at it. Anyone who comes here expecting an authentic culinary experience will be sorely disappointed. However, for anyone who wants a kind of Asian experience, feel free to give this restaurant a try.

04/12/2025: Typical home-style Japanese street food, the menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers the right selection to suit everyone's tastes and dietary preferences (vegetarian and allergen options are carefully noted). The karē are very good, and the ramen broth is exceptional, at least for me. For dinner, you can also order sushi when you book or by 1:00 PM that day. This is also highly recommended, with incredible quality and flavor. The desserts are also delicious, taking you back to the world of anime! A wonderful experience in a homey, family-friendly atmosphere.
