Apart from the excellent quality of the food, with for example the ramen cooked for 72 hours, it is worth mentioning the extreme friendliness and courtesy of Mr. Hashimoto, who entertained our dinner by telling us the story behind each dish.

12/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante due volte di seguito, locale molto carino e ragazzi del locale molto simpatici e cordiali, prezzi logicamente molto più alti rispetto alla norma, abbiamo mangiato del sushi e la qualità era molto alta l’unica pecca era la dimensione dei pezzi abbastanza ridotta, ma nel complesso ottima serata

I encountered some issues with the delivery app as the order was delayed quite a bit, but otherwise I recommend it. The sushi itself is very simple, which I appreciate!
