03/10/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for 15 years now, and I couldn't imagine a better place to enjoy sushi and Thai dishes. It's not just the extraordinary quality of the food—always fresh, meticulously prepared, and served with great care—but above all the atmosphere that Simone and Alice create. They are truly special: welcoming, kind, and always ready to make you feel at home. It's rare to find a place where, beyond their professionalism, you can sense such genuine passion for what they do and for their relationships with their customers. Every time I return, it's like a little journey: from the melt-in-your-mouth sushi to the fragrant and intense curries, to the always surprising desserts. After so many years, the quality has remained consistent, and this is the secret that makes this place unique. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend: it's not just a dinner, but an experience that always leaves a lasting impression.

18/09/2025: Among the top 3 best Japanese restaurants in Turin and its province. The authenticity of the dishes and the atmosphere make this place one of the best. The quality of the food is excellent, the atmosphere is immersive Japanese, and best of all, there are only six tables, just like in a true Japanese restaurant. Prices are in line with the market, excellent. We'll be back.

12/09/2025: A very small, cozy restaurant. We received extremely friendly advice and the service was attentive. Unfortunately, despite the many good reviews, the food didn't quite meet our personal taste.

03/10/2025: Excellent ramen restaurant! Delicious food and generous portions. Yesterday we were greeted by Alisea, always kind and helpful, but we shared the final part of the dinner with Giulia, who served us dessert. We immediately started joking and laughing, and after dinner we stayed to chat. Her kindness and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable... not to mention her beautiful, "out of this world" nails.

03/10/2025: Excellent ramen restaurant! Really good and tasty food, with generous portions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having never eaten at a ramen restaurant before, I took Alisea's advice, and she knew exactly what I'd like. Besides being very good, she was also friendly and welcoming throughout the entire dinner!

04/10/2025: Excellent sushi in San Mauro. They don't offer an all-you-can-eat option, and the prices aren't exactly cheap (€30-40), but the quality is undeniable. Everything is freshly prepared. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Four stars for the atmosphere, although nice, a bit cramped.

20/08/2025: The restaurant is great for sushi and Japanese food lovers. There are a variety of dishes. I had fried rice and a variety of sushi dishes. Even the dessert was delicious, both yellow and red. I highly recommend the atmosphere and everything is fantastic. It is worth it, and the prices are excellent.

29/05/2025: I had eaten there before but this lunch today was terrible service without a constant change of fish and dishes often only black dishes, that is, the most expensive ones some that have been around for a long time have become inedible so much so that I sent them back including the steamed ravioli that are hard and cold just to say that, for the price they have, the quality should be excellent not to mention the staff, not very polite while I leave the table, I try to collect my things but he intervenes preventing me from leaving I point this out to him, he responds with arrogance and indifference I suggest to the gentlemen owners of Basara to choose the staff more carefully. 90 euros 8 small plates and a bottle of water!!!! THE FOOD IS A SERIOUS THING alas, it's just fluff

16/09/2025: Unlimited food for €32 need I say more! And it was all phenomenal. I went to Naples and the best food was from a Japanese Restaraunt. Wow. And that’s saying a lot because the rest of the food from Naples was great. Great atmosphere. Beautiful pictures. Staff was great. I wanted to eat there again it was so good.

15/09/2025: The shop looks very unassuming from the outside, but inside it's truly a 10/10. The food is also amazing.

30/09/2025: The very friendly and welcoming staff, Lorenzo, makes you feel immediately at ease, and is very attentive to the needs of their customers. A bottle of water, still or sparkling, is immediately served. The menu is digital, accessed by scanning the code on the table... and then there's a vast selection of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, spoiled for choice. It's also all-you-can-eat, and the prices reflect the high quality of the ingredients. Takeout is also available. The place is spotless and tidy, every dish served is perfectly described by the waiter, and every dish has that extra touch that amazes the palate. Not your average sushi.

15/09/2025: Best and freshest sushi in town. Very friendly staff. We came with a baby and could sit in the semi-private area that was quite so our baby could peacefully sleep.
