27/06/2025: I have been to Kaizen for sushi several times and every time I choose it for the goodness of the sushi and good quality products and the good quality/price ratio. The service is sometimes a little slow and sometimes faster, it depends a little on the day and the clientele. The certainty however is that the waiters are always kind, helpful and welcoming. Simple but nice environment suitable for a meal with friends or family. In Florence it is one of my favorite sushi so I recommend it

02/08/2025: We went last night and it was delicious! We tried several dishes—dumplings, pasta, temaki, and egg rolls—and they were all amazing. Recommended if you want to try authentic Japanese cuisine.

05/08/2025: Great coffee rapallo? For God’s sake… or rather it will be BIG TOURIST TRAP of Rapallo, this place is definitely a place for “stupid” tourists who want to kill hunger for little money, (my husband and I were stupid to go and eat there because we were coming from a hike and we were dying of hunger, we played with fire and got burned, hunger won and we ordered at random it was the closest thing we had) it is not as cheap as they offer so be careful… it is clear to me that people no longer have standards of what it is to eat decently seeing that diners give this place 5 stars… my husband and I ordered rice which was halfway decent, the noodles were cold but passable but tasteless but definitely the icing on the cake was the supposed chicken with curry and the meat with chili that we ordered, that chicken with curry tasted like when you put water to boil with a Maggie cube and then put some slices of frozen chicken and serve it (HORRIBLE) and the meat with chili had skin I couldn’t even swallow it well, we We ate the rice and the chicken because they were decent and we were hungry for the chicken and the meat, we tried not to leave anything but it was impossible, it was HORRIBLE and all this for 44 euros... the waiters were indisposed and the service was lazy, honestly DO NOT GO if you do not want to have a bad time...

03/08/2025: I leave this review with shame as a restaurateur and business owner! The owner and the waiters showed absolutely no humility, humanity, or politeness. Despite seeing me in serious distress, as my husband had a heart attack while we were having lunch there, they completely ignored me. I urgently asked for a sugar packet, thinking it was a low blood sugar, and was told to go get it from the bar counter, while my husband couldn't even breathe. Furthermore, we arrived at 12:30 PM, and when he fell ill at 1:00 PM, we didn't eat the lunch dishes we'd ordered, only a very small portion. Furthermore, I received no assistance, and by law, one of the staff must have a first aid course, as well as a humane one. I was charged a total of €110. This is shameful, and I will ask for clarification regarding the lack of first aid.

12/07/2025: Andandoci da parecchi anni posso dire che ormai della cucina e del vecchio servizio è rimasto solo il nome. A quel prezzo ci sono ristoranti moooolto più validi.

27/07/2025: It's not an all-you-can-eat like you might think! The place is really cute and the food isn't bad, the only downside is you can't choose the pieces you want in your sushi combo. The service was mixed, with very kind and friendly waiters, and others even seemed to be doing you a favor. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience!

08/07/2025: Excellent restaurant serving authentic Japanese cuisine. The service faithfully reflects the Japanese philosophy. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always available. The dishes are delicious, with a limited selection of famous Japanese dishes. Having been to Japan, I was able to savor those same flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's small but packed with great flavors.

27/06/2025: I have known Mangiappone for several years and I have always appreciated their food. Nothing to do with Chinese or supermarket sushi. Each dish is prepared with love. Eri, the owner knows how to pamper you with her innate sweetness

23/07/2025: You enter an elegant setting, but you're welcomed with courtesy, simplicity, and warmth... the atmosphere is just right...!!! I don't like ordering from a QR code in a place like this. I'm not at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, so I'd like some advice, a recommendation, a suggestion (there are also two tasting menus...). The service is slow, alas...!!! The product quality and presentation are truly excellent. Excellent wine list. Good value for money. Still, it's worth a try.

04/08/2025: A new restaurant unlike many others. Excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere.

03/08/2025: We came in for all you can eat Hot pot at about 730 pm. The resturaunt was not that busy which was great. All ordering is done through an online menue with a qr code so there can be no mistakes. Hot pot is one of my absolute favorite meals. A young women asked if we've ever had Hot pot before, we said yes and she went through a very good lengthy introduction to Hot pot in english Broths were great .. the selection of foods was lacking especially meat proteins and vegetables. When ordering things like mushrooms, staff brought out different items. Example , i ordered wood ear and shiitake mushrooms and kept getting enoki mushrooms instead. I tried to order shiitake again and was given frozen chestnuts..only when I went and said something did they fix the order, first saying they were out of the item then bringing out reconstituted shiitake. How can this even happen when ordering is done with a qr code? You did have to order noodles / carbs with each order to get more food, seems like a minimum of 5 items .. so I couldn't just order more tofu, I had to order tofu, mushrooms, a meat and noodles just to get the one thing I wanted more of. For reference we eat Hot pot at least once every 2 weeks and I am fluent in Italian and English

14/07/2025: Ci sono andato diverse volte da quando ha aperto, all'inizio aveva una bella attenzione alla clientela e un ottima cucina. Ora la cucina rimane a mio parere autentica, ma il servizio in sala è terribile. il cameriere non sapeva nemmeno cosa fossero i piatti che consigliava, per giunta chiedere urlando a tutta la sala chi volesse le posate invece che le bacchette mi ha lasciata senza parole. lentezza e mala gestione dei tavoli e tempi non aiutano
