27/03/2026: Spurred on by the excellent reviews, we went here for a couples lunch.
The staff is friendly but not always responsive... Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience... even though the sushi was good, ordering with a tablet that freezes every minute isn't pleasant, especially given the limited time to order.
Furthermore, you can only order a certain number of dishes at a time.
I don't think we'll be back.
18/03/2026: All-you-can-eat fare is well above average, with tasty, simple, and well-prepared sushi.
The rolls and sashimi are really good. The interior space may be a bit small, but otherwise, a very positive experience. We'll definitely be back.

Takeout is also available by phone. The dining room is spacious with an open counter; reservations are recommended.

27/06/2026: We've been to Sushi Miyabi twice, and this time we went for dinner. The food is truly delicious, with excellent, fresh, and well-prepared dishes.
This evening, however, we were also lucky enough to meet Ciena, a lovely, kind, and polite young woman. She's from the Philippines and is learning Italian: she speaks excellently and is incredibly sweet. With her smile and kindness, she made our dinner even more enjoyable.
We'll definitely be back, not only for the excellent sushi, but also thanks to her. 💗
24/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery on Via Guglielmo Marconi. Every dish we ordered arrived beautifully presented, making the dining experience a true feast for the eyes as well.
We were particularly impressed by the salmon served on ice, with that evocative smoke effect rising from the bamboo glass. It's a detail that makes all the difference and shows great customer care. We'll definitely be back to try other options.

07/05/2026: 10/10! I've been wanting to try this traditional Japanese restaurant for a long time, and it exceeded my expectations. We ate al baco, right in front of the skilled hands of the chefs... my chirashi special was incredible, as was the selection of sushi and sashimi, featuring premium cuts and expertly prepared! Absolutely recommended.
