Spectacular food and top-quality sushi! All the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive to their customers. The service is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a pleasant evening, chatting with friends, and relaxing. Without a doubt, one of the best places in Turin to eat well and feel good. A true 10/10, highly recommended!

Excellent food, a wine list with double the retail price. As for the atmosphere, I'd have something to say about the aristocratic ladies who rest their dogs on the sofas, where I'll then sit, unaware of everything, and put my dress pants away in the closet. I'd lay down a rule: there are a thousand ways to avoid being attacked, such as bringing a dog carrier. It's just a question of good manners, and I'd urge the head waiter not to pretend anything.

Shabu is a true discovery! Wonderful and creative food using top ingredients, in a great decor. Being greated warmly by the caring manager is a fabulous start of the outstanding dining experience. We choose the menu and loved every bite! If we’re back in Torino, we’ll certainly come back to Shabu 🙌

A truly beautiful restaurant where we ate really well. The place is well-kept and trendy, though it's a shame the noise from the open space ruins the atmosphere a bit. The dishes, however, are refined and very tasty, all topped off by attentive and pleasant service. The bill is steep, but in line with the quality of the dishes.

The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for both a business meal and a quiet dinner. The staff is always attentive and helpful, and you can sense their passion for serving the freshest, beautifully presented ingredients. It's a great place to stop when you want something a little more refined than the usual Japanese dinner.

A truly excellent experience. Dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, beautiful to look at and extraordinary to taste. The raw fish is incredibly fresh, with balanced and surprising combinations and excellent quality ingredients. Juicy and flavorful shrimp, delicate tartare, and perfectly balanced nigiri. Refined presentation, a pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. A must-visit for anyone who loves stylishly revisited Japanese cuisine.

Excellent experience, as always. Very attentive and friendly staff. The quality is high. I would, however, like to focus on Enrico's courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised by his approach and his work. I will gladly return!

09/05/2026: The place is small, but very intimate and welcoming; they also have a covered outdoor terrace. The staff is very courteous and attentive to customer service. I was with my nephew, and we ordered salmon nigiri, tuna nigiri (each consisting of two pieces), salmon hosomaki, tuna hosomaki (each consisting of four pieces), a spicy salmon roll (eight pieces), and spectacular udon noodles with vegetables, shrimp, and smoked tuna flakes, water, and a cover charge for €45. The quality of the fish is remarkable. Furthermore, I booked through TheFork and didn't even have to remember the discount I was entitled to, which is not a given. I will definitely be back. (P.S. The photo of the udon noodles looks small, because when I asked for a portion of udon, the waiter kindly asked if I wanted it already divided into two bowls.) Highly recommended

12/05/2026: I frequent this delicious Japanese restaurant after a friend recommended it. The place is very clean and tidy. The first thing that matters is that they're Japanese. We thank Ria and Rachele for the impeccable and discreet service, always very attentive. Since I'm allergic to various food treatments, especially fish, I would highly recommend this restaurant for the impeccable quality of the fish. I've never had a problem. The portions are just right, every dish is meticulously prepared. The desserts are a true masterpiece. Excellent wine selection. The appetizers offered while you wait for your order are lovely. They also make their own ice cream; I chose the mango and coconut one, a top flavor! Thanks to the Matzuri staff 🌊🍤🍱🥟🍶🥢
