Best experience ever! Food amazing, staff excellent and beautiful location.

There would be nothing to review because it is a fantastic experience starting from the wonderful place where IYo is located, the atmosphere that is created even before entering is warm... beautiful place, welcoming, courteous staff and then the succession of courses in a triumph of flavors, colors, taste... Fantastic!!!!

I went with my family for lunch on Sunday, May 10th. Everything was impeccable, except that my husband and I were seated in the two seats at the sides of the counter, so we couldn't see the kitchen at any time and only saw the food being prepared halfway. Those two seats felt like a penance. When paying, I pointed out that since there were three of us, I would have preferred to all eat facing the counter, and I was told that they arranged these seats in an L-shape precisely for this number of diners. I don't think anyone deserves to eat in those two seats at the sides for €150, just as you get a 360-degree experience. A real shame.

It was a great experience, and at the end, we were even able to sample various flavors of Japanese sake.

Dinner with sushi man Suzuki was wonderful. It's an experience worth having to learn a little about Japanese culinary culture and realize that "all-you-can-eat" restaurants should ban the words "sushi" and "Japanese."

Iyo Omakase is an experience, not just lunch or dinner. It has that something extra that Japanese culture, and not just its culinary culture, exudes. After visiting Japan, we were looking for authentic experiences. We found them at this Tokyo-style Omakase. As per tradition, top-quality ingredients expertly prepared. The hot dishes are grilled on the grill, everything freshly prepared. The experience isn't limited to tasting; seeing each dish being prepared is unimaginable in any other cuisine. Of course, this experience comes at a price in Italy, but for us, it was worth it. Everything was perfect.
