Bamboo In Bolzano

Personally the best Japanese and fusion restaurant in Bolzano, and beyond. With the new rooms in perfect style it is even more spacious.

We had a nice experience. The restaurant facilities are cozy with a dimly lit atmosphere. The service is very good, the waiters were attentive all the time without being invasive. Also very fast, the drinks arrived in seconds and the food in a perfect waiting time. The food was very delicious, although perhaps we expected a little more variety on the boat, it is still worth it. The quality of the fish and rice is noticeable.

The waiter is not competent, does not know the menu. We ordered sushi with khimchi, but there was nothing inside except fried rice and some greens. The carrots were chips. They tried to find out where the khimchi was, they said it was inside, but there was nothing inside and it cost 18 euros for 6 pieces. This sushi is not worth it. The dessert is delicious. The table is small except for one plate and a teapot and 2 glasses; nothing fits. I had to eat one dish, remove the plate, then put another one on. We did not enjoy relaxing and eating food. The children took the udon and liked it, but it was the same as in any establishment. We didn't see any Japanese food at all. In general, those who do not understand Japanese cuisine can go boldly, but those who understand at least a little should pass by.

Molto carino il mash up Tokio- Tirolo dell'arredo. Meno bene il menù, un sushi senza AYCE con pietanze a livello di un AYCE.

Clienti in ristorante oggi non avendo voglia di cucinare ho ordinato con deliveroo! Tonno in crosta di sesamo con chipset di patate quasi cone in via Isarco ! Consigliatissimo!!!

riso troppo acetato e prezzi alti

Ormai una tappa obbligatoria per noi diretti dalla Svizzera all Alto Adige . Accoglienza sempre cordiale e sorridente e il cibo semplicemente favoloso !
