After a few weeks of Italian food, our meal here was the perfect reset. Lovely service and the most delicious miso soup ever!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Bamboo. We visited yesterday for sushi, and everything exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding — incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every roll felt carefully crafted, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The sushi was easily among the best I’ve had in Italy. The atmosphere was just as impressive: modern, stylish, and very relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable but also a bit spoiled. Service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive — they made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Overall, Bamboo is a must-visit if you’re in Bolzano and love sushi. Great food, great vibe, and a truly memorable dining experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Based on a special recommendation, we tried this exceptional restaurant! The food was top-notch – both in terms of taste and quality, beautifully presented, and served with a smile! The sushi was incredibly good. The maki with strawberries, cream cheese, flambéed salmon, and tempura shrimp, in particular, was a thrilling culinary experience. The tuna steak was the best I've ever eaten. With the side dishes, it was a true explosion of flavor! Delicious! The tempura mix and the salmon tartare were excellent choices as appetizers. The pistachio tiramisu perfectly rounded off the meal. You should definitely try several dishes and have a wonderful evening there! We'll certainly be back and are already looking forward to the lovely atmosphere and the exquisite food!

Great restaurant near the center of Bolzano (Waltherplatz is about a 5-minute walk). We were there for lunch; between 12 and 2 pm they offer a variety of dishes for business lunches. The restaurant is charmingly furnished and decorated. The prices are fair and the menu is extensive.
