26/08/2025: We visited the prosciutto factory, where they still make small batches using artisanal methods. Really interesting, everything was well organized, and our guide, Chiara, was truly excellent. Followed by a delicious meal of prosciutto and other cured meats at their restaurant. Reasonable price. Worth a visit.

27/08/2025: A lovely little restaurant at the entrance to the center of San Daniele, small but very welcoming. The staff is very hospitable, professional, and friendly... as soon as you enter, you feel welcome and not like a burden like at other restaurants. Pampered from the start, with recommendations on the menu. Fantastic ham, phenomenally excellent, accompanied by delicious cheeses, mozzarella bites, and pickles, the latter very tasty and of truly exquisite quality. The tagliolini with prosciutto was very good. The price was really reasonable for the quality received. Of course, a must-visit. Congratulations.

26/08/2025: Lunch for two while passing through San Daniele. The first courses and San Daniele platter were excellent. The wine selection was appropriate. The staff was extremely friendly, despite our arrival being 1:30 PM.

06/08/2025: During a cultural tour, we had the pleasure of visiting the Prosciuttificio Il Camarin: an authentic and flavorful experience! Sergio and his mother welcomed us warmly, passionately sharing the history and production of their products. The hams were exceptional and the atmosphere was family-friendly. Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome!

05/08/2025: First, notice the row of native mulberry trees at the entrance, then a truly kind and hospitable person leads you into a small shop where you can find slices of prosciutto and packs of cured meats. The price is excellent, and if you're new to this product, I highly recommend it.

29/08/2025: This is my first time at this place. The place is beautiful, the food is perfect, the service is impeccable, the staff is kind, polite, courteous, and helpful. I will return soon because I really enjoyed the food. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it. What's important is that you can bring your faithful friend with you without any problems.

06/09/2025: I'd sum it up as an excellent lunch! The staff were very friendly, and the girl who served us was really nice. The place was beautifully renovated and very pleasant. They also have a small selection of products for sale, all little gems. As for lunch, we had a little bit of everything, and everything was just the right amount and well-prepared. Nothing to complain about. Of course, there was also the prosciutto, which was delicious, but what the hell am I going to tell you? We also tried, just to make sure we didn't miss out on local tradition, the cjarlons (is that how you spell it?) and the frico, both delicious! I would absolutely recommend it.

22/06/2025: Good quality of fish, nice warm appetizer and a little different from the usual, passed. Good raw fish appetizer. Only thing, the tuna steak with thyme, good and very soft, a little too much thyme, which hides the delicate flavor of the tuna made in the style of tataki”. Failed instead the waiter, really not very polite, it's not his job. He replied that in his opinion we had ordered too little (beyond the fact that we had already said that we would add more later, I don't see the point in giving your opinion, if someone wants to come to the restaurant to eat only an appetizer they are free to do so.) certainly this does not create a nice atmosphere, good and kind instead the girl. Overall however a positive experience, very good value for money.
