It's often touted as being an excellent, high-end ham, but it's actually quite good!
A good ham, but nothing extraordinary.
Everything was made for business, as they say.

05/10/2025: Bring an appetite - this warm and friendly "down home cooking" place was exactly what we needed after our wine tasting. Excellent meats, delicious cheeses and fire grilled veggies that kept us more than happy. These are the type of places that the real Italy is all about, so if you are in the country-side and want to experience something more authentic than the tourist traps, then start with the place and just keep exploring. You won't regret it!

Dishes, from the cured meats to the very tasty and well-prepared cuisine, to the simple yet fantastic desserts. The owners are kind and courteous, and they give you the attention you deserve. I ate wonderfully: a plate of prosciutto that melted in my mouth, accompanied by a superb homemade giardiniera, followed by a delicious frico! I definitely think I'll be back.

14/09/2025: The best. It surpasses ALL the deli meats in the supermarkets: in fact, you won't find it in the malls. Hams hung on wooden scaffolding like they have been for thousands of years. Go there. Money well spent. They also have other good deli meats, but the prosciutto crudo is beyond.
06/08/2025: During a cultural tour, we had the pleasure of visiting the Prosciuttificio Il Camarin: an authentic and flavorful experience! Sergio and his mother welcomed us warmly, passionately sharing the history and production of their products. The hams were exceptional and the atmosphere was family-friendly.
