05/02/2026: We went to this restaurant for the first time and were absolutely amazed. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of sushi and noodles, so there is truly something for everyone. The all-you-can-eat option for $12 is incredible and offers excellent value for money. Their concept to prevent food waste is thoughtful and very well implemented. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Overall, one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited when it comes to price and quality.

24/07/2025: He didn't accept debit cards, saying that banks are already rich enough (as good customers, we didn't argue). Upon leaving, we noticed that he'd charged us for an extra beer on the receipt. Hard to go wrong with just two drinks. One star because zero isn't allowed.

10/12/2025: What can I say? The food was good. Unfortunately, the downside was the price, agreed upon for a dinner for 12 with a fixed menu: 50/55 euros, plus drinks. We paid 100 euros each, drinking the house wine. I asked for an explanation, but despite the embarrassment, I didn't get one. Perhaps by ordering from the menu, they can't inflate the bill. I'm sorry, but I won't go there again.

10/12/2025: Pre-Christmas dinner with friends, very satisfying food and service, but with a bittersweet ending. We agreed well in advance on a €50 fixed menu excluding drinks and desserts. No one asked for more. The final bill rose to €100. We immediately asked for clarification, but the owner couldn't clarify the surcharge; in fact, he even imposed the payment method! Embarrassing, to say the least, and dishonest for the customers.

06/10/2025: This hotel sucks. The staff is incompetent, rude, dirty, and RACIST. I recommend not staying here because it was TERRIBLE, especially the owner, who should be ashamed. Go to another hotel, trust this review.

21/03/2026: The staff is very, very slow, calm, and cold. The prices aren't displayed, and if you order a dessert while standing, they tell you to sit down so you also pay for the service! This saves the waiter from having to take orders from the tables?!?! If a customer wants to stand to eat a dessert, why do they send you to sit down?? In the end, I refused, after drinking a macchiato and eating an excellent zeppola. I paid the bill as if I were at the table: coffee €2.50 and zeppola €5.50. In effect, I paid for the service that wasn't there! Before paying, I even took the cup and plate to the counter!!! Ah! The best thing is that I ate standing up under the noses of the staff!!!!

10/09/2025: Please don't order online here!! Warning! I'm placing an online order around August 22nd. The coffee grinder with coffee tins with a birthday message. The order took a considerable amount of time to arrive and unfortunately arrived just too late as a gift. My partner then received the gift. The result was the wrong package, no birthday message, and dented cans. My partner was disappointed. I then had to follow up a hundred times and received no response. Then I received a reply, saying they were sending the correct one. So, after more than 3.5 weeks, I received the correct one, and the invoice showed a €0 refund. So, I thought they were sending the cup as a gesture of thanks for the inconvenience of poor customer service, the wrong product, no birthday message, and the dented cup. Suddenly, an Illy delivery service was there to pick up the cup. This again surprised and disappointed my partner, and therefore me as well. I then emailed to say that, since nothing had been communicated, they were allowed to keep the cup. I received the following response: In other words, please never order anything from here!!!!!! Dear Willem, After receiving your photos confirming the error in your order, it is our responsibility to retrieve the incorrect item so we can send you the correct product. If a gift or commercial gesture is being provided, our customer service will explicitly inform you of this. Disposing of the packaging will not prevent the item from being collected. 22/10/2025: I only went because another piadina shop was full, as I've had a bad experience there several times in the past. Last night, repeat. Rude; extremely slow even when the place was empty; pitiful piadinas; truly miserable; incredibly expensive for what you offer. Furthermore, after waiting 30 minutes with the place empty, they even got the ingredients wrong.
