23/03/2025: Always the same songs from Sanremo 2020. You've been a pain in the ass, put something different, artists work hard to release new albums almost every year, I think that since 2010 they've released something new, exploring and not always playing the same songs could be good for you. Nothing to take away from the bar service which is excellent

27/12/2024: The cured meats are good (not the larded salami). But paying 11 euros for 2 baskets of bread and 2 half-liter bottles of water seems excessive to me. They don't give you natural water in a jug (which they do in all osmize). For a matter of covid they replied to me. But wine in a jug is....
I won't go back there anymore.

14/07/2024: Beautiful place, shame about the service which leaves a lot to be desired. There is no courtesy or professionalism.
As soon as we entered there was no greeting, after involuntarily asking for dishes off the menu we were practically scolded, with a raised tone, for not having paid attention to the menu just listed verbally.
Osmize are usually very welcoming and easy-going places where you immediately feel at ease, Stubelj definitely does not respect this ethic.

12/09/2023: Everything is great about this restaurant that we visited several times, but always when visiting Trieste. If I had a dinner somewhere else, I would go for second dinner in Mascalzone.
I remember Rocco, the owner, who looks like Mancini, and the staff that was always on top level.
Nice, warm atmosphere and above all very tasty, simple food, prices normal.
Recommendation.

26/09/2024: Tagliere tanto decantato dal cameriere, ma in realtà un toast vegetariano di iniziativa del cameriere, senza chiedere nulla ! Praticamente abbiamo mangiato pane , insalata ( lessa ) pomodori a fette e due misere fettine di bresaola...una birra media ..un 33cc di acqua ed un caffè per la " modica " cifra di .....35.50 EURO !!!! INCREDIBILE ED IMPROPONIBILE! CON LAA STESSA CIFRA MANGIAVAMO DUE PIZZE E D IL BERE IN QUALSIASI PIZZERIA! HANNO PERSO SICURAMENTE DUE CLIENTI ! MAI PIÙ!
