18/01/2026: As I've already written, Silvia's is always a great place to be. The food and pizza are excellent, and the service is fast and perfect, even when the place is packed. The karaoke on Friday nights is a great way to get together, sing, and laugh together.

09/09/2025: I stopped by for a coffee and croissant and I have to say I was very satisfied. The bar is well-kept and clean, and the staff is polite and friendly. I'll end by speaking highly of the coffee, especially since bars usually serve cappuccinos with scalding milk (boiled and re-boiled), but not here, so the coffee is very good!!!

11/03/2026: I've been there several times and I have to say, the fish is as good as I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it if you're in Trieste. It's not a big place, but it's perfect for an evening with friends or as a couple.

05/09/2025: Good coffee and excellent desserts. You can also dine outside at tables shaded by the trees. Very pleasant.
They don't offer table service, however, and they don't clear tables. The staff is a bit slow and a bit cold.

All seafood - generous portions but above all, flavorful, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Excellent service and friendliness.
Spent just the right amount.

09/03/2026: We had a seafood lunch. The gratin was excellent, the seafood spaghetti was amazing, and the main courses were also excellent, all with generous portions and quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back.

14/03/2026: I'm not from Trieste, but I stopped for an aperitif while passing through. The owners were very kind, the drinks were excellently presented (Hugo), and it was really well made. Congratulations!
13/12/2025: The best café in the area, no doubt about it. Good music, good service, very good coffee, and very good food products like croissants and sandwiches. A good place for an aperitif, a nice terrace, and good conversation. It's also important to note that they have soy milk and a wide variety of Lindt and other chocolates, but the most important mention goes to the music—always quality, varied, and tasteful.
GOOD EVERYTHING!
More than professional service and always attention to detail, even the coffees. The most beautiful coffees I've ever been served...

05/09/2025: It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was fantastic. A cozy old farmhouse has been converted into a cozy place where you can even stay overnight. The garden is beautiful, the tables and chairs are new, and everything is great. The service is very friendly. The food is everything that's produced on the farm. The prices are absolutely fantastic. For three people, including drinks, it came to just under €50, very reasonable. I highly recommend it. I'd gladly go back anytime.
