06/06/2025: One of the few typical trattorias left. Excellent food, very kind and helpful service, excellent value for money. Recommended for those who love fish; in its simplicity, it also has dishes for vegetarians (4 side dishes, pasta with garlic, oil and chilli pepper, pasta with sauce). Worth it!!!

28/05/2025: Classic Trieste trattoria. Friendly staff. Quick and punctual service. Varied menu, good dishes and the right "measure". House Glera more than passable. Price/ambience/quality ratio, positive. Parking difficult. If you go there with the right expectations, you will not be disappointed.

Very questionable food from pizza to meat paid a lot and with low quality. I remembered this place being better years ago now it has regressed a lot.

02/05/2025: The restaurant impresses with excellent food and a beautiful atmosphere, especially at sunset. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel completely comfortable. However, the prices are on the higher side, so it’s something to keep in mind when visiting. Overall, it’s a highly recommendable place for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself.

06/05/2025: I’ve been coming to this place for years, they have consistency so their food is always to good standard. The service is nice, the atmosphere is great, always clean and they offer pick up services. They have a spicy oil that is both tangy and garlicky and is amazing with their rice and noodle options.

04/05/2025: My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel to visit Trieste and Slovenia. We found it well-kept and clean. The staff were kind, especially the girl at the reception (I think the owner's daughter) who was able to give us various information and directions on places to visit. On the second night, due to my husband's neck problems, we asked for a harder pillow and they immediately worked to get it for us! Good breakfast (only flaw, I've found better ones especially for variety). I can't judge the restaurant having never eaten in a hotel, but the environment is warm and welcoming. Recommended

04/05/2025: We came to enjoy a long weekend at the Pahor hotel in a double room. Before our arrival the staff was responsive and answered all our questions. On arrival, the welcome was impeccable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. A buffet breakfast with quality ingredients, a charming setting. We had the chance to eat at the restaurant on Saturday evening, perfect and friendly service and high quality cuisine, with a special mention for the scorpionfish which was excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal, quiet in nature but close to all amenities and large cities (Grado, Gorizia, Trieste) and Trieste airport. We had an ideal romantic stay. A big thank you to the hotel staff, everyone was lovely. We recommend with your eyes closed :)

04/05/2025: The beer is good, the products on the menu are good. The service, however, leaves something to be desired, the dishes on the table, six people, arrived very spaced out. The last person, my wife, waited a good 20 minutes for her dish and only after I complained about the waiting time. I must also say that the young waitress literally abandoned the dish with bad grace, "perhaps" annoyed by my complaint, with extreme rudeness.

Very high quality of the raw materials used in the creation of the dishes, really nothing to say other than to compliment the whole team! See you soon🫶🏻

16/06/2025: A delightful place, from another time. We had a good lunch last Saturday. Even the wine in bulk was perfect for the dishes. And the shade under the trees allowed us to fully enjoy the midday meal at over 30 degrees with a pleasant sea breeze and the view. I thank a dear friend, a loyal customer for having recommended it to me

15/06/2025: I can only approve what is written on their business card "ONESTA TRATTORIA DI PESCE". Terrace with sea view, lively and festive atmosphere, good fish at a reasonable price. A special appreciation goes to the staff, attentive and discreet, smiling and helpful, always present at the right time to be able to have that extra bottle of water or an additional portion of bread and to quickly clear the table, even on a super busy Saturday and with all the seats occupied. We will be back

15/04/2025: Small pub hidden in the alley below the castle It has a very uncomfortable counter area... perhaps it would have been better to set it up in another way or leave it as it was many years ago It is a nice place but narrow and with many stairs so not suitable for disabled people The Belgian beers are good but I think they are too expensive Excellent carbonara sandwich Venue not suitable for large groups or events due to lack of space Friendly staff
