13/08/2024: UNCOMMENTABLE! From what I read in the comments, what happened to us was not a "mistake" of the evening but a constant practice, so already here we understand that lies are the first to appear on the menu! We sit down when the place is not yet full, we are served by at least 4 waiters, without any logical sense or organization. The appetizers arrived almost immediately while after 45 minutes we did not receive any further dishes, nor did the nearby tables which in the meantime had filled up. No attention to the customer, no explanations, no excuses... just a lot of lies and carelessness. After asking the "very kind" room manager twice, we were told that the dishes would be ready in 3 minutes... only two seconds arrived... after another 15 minutes a dish was finished (you'll notice it after 1 hour!!! ) and I rejected the other one myself. The apologies finally came only from one of the waiters and 5 MISERABLE € were deducted from the bill on a bill which to say was INAPPROPRIATE for such a service would be an understatement. The most serious thing is not knowing how to relate to customers, not being honest and continuing to take them for a ride without taking the slightest responsibility and without having the ability to communicate (which would be the minimum to do a job like this). Never again!

24/06/2024: I had dinner with my wife in this restaurant with a simple setting but which offers excellent local delicacies. The attentive lady who serves is very kind and smiling, the dishes arrive quickly and the price is honest. I recommend the delicious sweet ciarsons as dessert. We will happily return on our next trip to Paularo.

04/08/2024: I love piadinas and here the choice is truly vast, even for vegetarians and vegans. They make the piadine themselves, which is a plus... Excellent for a quick and light lunch or dinner, like the one I needed before going to the theatre... Given this, I must highlight that plastic cups are still provided instead of paper ones, and, even worse, waste is not separated. Everything ends up indiscriminately in a single bin. It would cost nothing to have multiple bins, one for plastic, one for glass, one for cans and one for paper. Such little attention to these things is no longer acceptable

27/08/2024: Pas une note à côté, les plats ne sont pas les plus abordables mais c’est très bons on ne peut pas le nier. Le vin est aussi très agréables et la qualité de service au rendez vous. Pour les grosses faim, les primi seront insuffisants. À noter pas de fromage (aucun plat n’en comporte donc pas de plateau de fromages pour compléter le repas par exemple)

24/08/2024: Locale molto carino in posizione centrale. Personale e titolari molto simpatici e competenti. Tagliolini al tartufo eccezionali e carne meravigliosa. Talmente buono che siamo andati 2 volte!
